Our company had dealings with Mach3 and one of their business partners Wesmarc Communications to have a new phone system installed. We were informed that our system would be installed efficiently and easily, as both companies had an abundance of knowledge with the product and had completed this task many times before. However to our ultimate despair, it took close to 2 weeks to get the entire system installed and configured, as there was issue after issue with both companies technical skillset in reference to the product and the installation in general. They sent us techs who had only done a similar install once before (if ever), despite leading us to believe that they were experts in this field. The ‘senior’ techs were only available over the phone and sporadically if best. It was an arduous ordeal to say the least. Our system was never fully registered and we wound up having to contract a separate party to complete the final steps, as we had zero faith in the abilities of Mach3 and Wesmarc to complete their scope of work. Do yourself a favor and avoid these companies!
