I purchased a Google Pixel 3 from Supplytronics, in November, on eBay. By the end of December, the phone no longer charged, and I was out of the warranty period. Upon contacting them to what could be done, they swiftly replied that there was nothing they could do for me. All in all, a pretty disappointing product and customer experience. I would NOT recommend buying from Supplytronics.

Horrible! I purchased on June 2 on eBay. They claimed it shipped on June 5. The shipping number through USPS literally states it has not moved from Kansas. How convenient this company is in the same state. Its now Wednesday, June 10. USPS has not responded since I put in a complaint. eBay cannot do anything until Saturday, June 13. I had to refund money to my client for a job half done! My son bought a iPhone in 2019 and we had to exchange it because Supplytronics sent the wrong phone. This should have been an indication of my second experience. Im trying to support a small business but I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND SUPPLYTRONICS.Update 6/12/20 - I have the phone now. Heres what I see: 1. Back screen is repaired with an aftermarket backing. 2. Ghost touch is ridiculous! (Were trying at least 3 methods to fix it.) And about 60 days after your purchase the phone, its then locked because of the debt owed. By then, you cant return the phone back. Ive tried to contact this seller for days. Do not buy, folks. Be very careful when buying a phone from this company. The information that is advertised on ebay and on their site is misleading. I bought an iPhone for my daughter from them with the understanding that the phone would be unlocked and clean. When I went to sign her up for a text and phone plan, I discovered that the phone is still locked with Sprint. Unlike Canada, the telecom companies in the states are not legally obligated to unlock the phones. Sprint will not unlock a phone unless it was activated for 50 days. My phone was activated for 7 days and Sprint doesnt operate in Canada, so there is nothing I can do. I contacted the company regarding my dilemma and I received horrible customer service, with no compassion my situation. Avoid dealing with this company.

They sent a defective iphone (bad bottom speaker), then I bought a replacement, (they promised a refund of the first), that second one also defective (bad earpiece speaker) OOB. When I argued both were defective and even had bad seals as when I washed them, they fogged up for a while, they denied refund of BOTH phones!! They invoked some fine print about no guarantee for water damage. These new iphones feature IP67 compliance and seller describes as fully functional, cosmetic wear signs only.I will say he/she is very polite, but phones are often broken and the adds are misleading. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT in my opinion. Stay away.

Warning...Please do your research before buying from these Scam Artists Folks!!! Luckily in my situation the phone I purchased failed to work properly the very first day I received it. If this hadnt happened I would have not done the research to find that after looking up the IMEI on the phone it had an unpaid balance still owed to a previous account. So there 30 day warranty comes in handy for when youve owned the phone for 60 days and the carrier shuts it off leaving you with a $400.00 paperweight. Dont buy a thing from this fraudulant company. Fraudulent. They sold me a phone that did not have a free and clear IMEI code. They acquired the phone from someone who had not paid it off and it went to collections. When the phone was blocked by T Mobile after the 30-day warranty, they said it was not their problem. Buyer be ware....they are selling phones they do not actually own.

My daughter needed an new phone and was purchasing one with her own money. So I ordered one in what they classify as Grade A Condition phone was shipped in a bubble mailer inserted into a cardboard envelope I was SHOCKED, how can you email an Iphone 7 plus in something that could be crushed etc. Well turns out the phone was bent along one side. They do not have a phone number so you cannot call them and their customer service email they must have one person replying once a day terribly slow. So fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. The person who replied from Supplytronics said oh no thats not representative of what we sell. I told them I am buying another phone from you I want the device 110% tested as I would give them one more chance. Second iPhone 7 Plus came in touch screen did not work properly. I am so done with these clowns!. Emailed them again asking for my money back and a return label. Again they shipped it in a bubble mailer. Stupid just stupid! I then called ebay to complain since I was unable to leave them negative feedback and they told me they have over 200 phones recently returned by customers. This company should be out of business for such poor practices. BUYER BEWARE!
