Very satisfied! I’ve had offers of cheaper insurance from friends who are brokers, but I’ve chosen to stay with State Farm because of the great customer service and all of their help anytime we have needed it. Wether it was refinancing our home, roadside service, or quickly emailing insurance cards to me while in line at the DMV they’ve always been extremely helpful and timely and courteous. As my vehicles age or driving record and my age have gone up and made my safety rating better they have given me discounts without ever having to request them and I really appreciate their discounts during the Covid non-driving season!

Unfortunately, I can not recommend going with State Farm with Kurt Goeser for a car insurance. I might be the one outlier in these reviews, but it is for a good reason.A year ago, among several choices I had for my first car insurance, I decided to go with State Farm with Kurt Goeser.They had offered me great premiums, leading to a reasonable cost for an international PhD student in the US. I decided to sign in for six months coverage for my car. Great.One of the premiums was related to a tracking device that monitors your driving habits. It monitors how many miles per day and at what time of the day you are driving, as well as your driving speed. If you are a well-behaved driver, this can only be good for you.The problem is, that said tracking device could not couple to my phone (A Moto G4 Plus, which is a fairly up-to-date phone in terms of sensors and software friendliness). I contacted the developers of the State Farm app. They said there is nothing I can do. So I contacted State Farm Kurt Goeser representatives, told them what the problem was. They decided to remove the premium and raise my car insurance price for over 100 dollars.I was already unhappy about this, since they were not willing to bear any accountability on the matter. Then, I noticed I was being charged on my account more than I was expecting (around 250 dollars). I sent an e-mail to representatives of State Farm about this, and I was told that they had accidentally entered my age incorrectly when they computed my quote, which had initially brought the cost down. I did not like this at all, and asked them, how come I am the one who should be hold accountable for this and not them? How come I have to pay an extra 150 dollars for THEIR mistake? They shrugged their shoulders and apologized.After this, they urged me to pay this in less than a month. What option did I have? I didnt want to make this a bigger problem, so I just paid it, and once my coverage with State Farm finished, I moved with another car insurance company.In summary, I was very displeased with how they handled the situations:1) Offering me a premium that does not work, which they then removed and charged me for;2) Entering my age incorrectly when they computed the quote for my car insurance, which they only let me know AFTER I had signed the car insurance;3) They did not take any accountability for any of these problems.

We were shopping for insurance after buying a new car. Noah, at this agency, worked hard to save us some big money on auto and homeowners insurance, as well as getting us a better rate on an auto loan. The savings made up a large portion of the increase in car payment. Five stars, well deserved!

Whether you walk into the office or give them a call your treated like a friend and not just another customer. Times where they can save you money they always do, unlike other companies that just don’t tell you and hope you don’t notice. I can’t speak about other offices, but this one truly lives up to the like a good neighbor slogans! Side note, they are all great but I recommend you ask for Katie. (She deserves a raise! Lol) Ditch gieco, ditch progressive, and ditch any other online insurance with false claims and go here. You won’t regret it.

Kade helped my wife and I with an auto refinance that saved us a ton of $$ both in interest and gap insurance. He was extremely professional, efficient, and kept in great contact with us throughout the entire process making it completely painless. After being dropped without warning from Progressive due to a payment error (FYI I would NOT recommend Progressive as a provider as they are known to do this often) it was incredibly difficult to find full coverage insurance considering the lapse in coverage I had had no knowledge of until yesterday. I was told by both Progressive and my SelectQuote agent that there was nothing they could do to help me and they carried no providers that they could write me a policy with because of the way Progressive had handled the situation. After calling several local agencies in the Lawrence area I decided to call Kurt Goesers office and try my luck one last time. Im so lucky to have made that decision. I spoke with Jake who not only sympathized with my situation, explaining in detail what exactly was going on with my eligibility, but also how I could find affordable insurance. I was quoted upwards of $300 by every other insurance company I spoke with in addition to a charge to initiate the policy. Understanding my situation, Jake was able to find me a policy that was over a hundred dollars less than anywhere else I had spoken with that day. I called expecting to just make an appointment but we were able to get my entire policy quoted and in effect throughout the course of our phone call. He also informed me of the other services offered by State Farm in a helpful manner, not in the pushy way most people use when theyre trying to upsell a product. He even stayed late to make sure that I received my temporary ID cards and the rest of my paperwork. Before I spoke to Jake I was in a panic - without full coverage insurance I could have lost the vehicle Im financing and not been able to get to work as Im a commuter. Jake went above and beyond and made sure to walk me through the entire process with patience and a high level of attention to detail. Ive never had such a positive experience dealing with an insurance company in my entire life. What a contrast to Progressive who I was using for my auto insurance needs before.P.S. Their renters insurance options are incredibly affordable and for someone who had never had it before it was thoroughly explained to me and the cost over a year was broken down for me to better understand my financial obligation. It was all just a really good learning experience.
