The worst. purchased cabinets from home depot and somehow this misfit organization was put in charge of delivery. 3 out of 10 cabinets were lost for a week past delivery date with no resolution. finally reached far enough up the chain to get answer that 2 cabinets were damaged and had been sent back to be replaced. no phone call, no email, no notice to home depot? home depot was unable to get an answer. spent an entire week trying to locate, and still there has not been a replacement order or new delivery date. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! even when this new info was attained, there was no apology, and not a care in the world on their end.

They need to consider taking the Big and Bulky Solutions link down from their website. I ordered a tub surround to be delivered the next day and they never showed and never called. When I called the next morning, the dispatcher told me the delivery was cancelled because their vehicle wasnt big enough...really?!? It could have fit on a UPS truck, so exactly what is the size of the Big and Bulky vehicles in their fleet? USPack, you had one job.....

Worst courier. They used to be washington courier, they were ok. But since being bought, the mega company doesnt care about clients, accounts get lost and worst of all, courier jobs dont get done. I have had to rush something to the courthouse myself. will never use then again
