Eagle Gutter of MD was very responsive and knowledgeable. I had my front gutter replaced and they diagnosed some issues/leaks with my back gutter (which is newer). They also installed high quality gutter guards for the replaced gutter. Work is very professional. The previous gutter guards were not working and they included a guarantee on the new system and will come back if there are any future issues.

This company is spectacular. I called them in the middle of a hurricane because I realized my gutters were not draining properly. I live in a two story single family home, my roof has a lot of twists and turns. I did not want to attempt the challenge myself. Mr. Ray came out promptly, cleaned out my gutters, was very professional throughout the whole proceeds. He even took pictures and sent them to me (in the middle of a hurricane). Afterwards he didn’t charge me extra for working in terrible weather. He just smiled, knocked on my door, told me the job was complete, and encouraged me to at least get it cleaned once or twice a year. It had been over there years since I last cleaned my gutters. They came out to give me an estimate for a new downspout. They evaluated my gutters and agreed that is all I needed. No heavy sell for other changes. They said the could do it immediately if I wanted and gave me a fair price. Looks good. I would recommend.

They prioritize my job so that I would not get roof damage and did the work within two days when other companies told me it would take 3 weeks to come out. Then when they did come out they made recommendations to greatly improve the quality of the work to make the end result more effective and durable, at an extremely competitive price. This morning I called Eagle Gutter an got an appointment today to get an estimate to get my gutter repaired or replaced. The guy was professional. I just needed my gutter repaired and not replaced and the guy fixed it on the spot. I was so grateful because the noise was driving me crazy. I believe the price was good but I didn’t get any other estimates because I wanted the problem fixed immediately.The guy gave me his card and told me to call him if I have any issues and that he’s the owner. Ray and his team are superb - My gutters were insufficient for my roof and would overflow, Ray came out to analyze the situation and provide an estimate the same day I called Eagle. He was highly knowledgeable about my existing gutter brands and installation and was able to explain clearly the issues with my existing setup and recommend larger gutters and an overall improved system to completely and properly handle the flow from my large, steep roof. From estimate to job being complete was less than a week. Eagle employs online systems to keep you informed about appointments, estimates, and even when techs are en route for your appointment, which is a very nice touch! Eagle Gutter did a fantastic job replacing all of our 30+ year old 5 nailed-on gutters with new 6 screwed in gutters. They also replaced all of the downspouts with a larger version, and installed gutter guards. I would definitely recommend their services.Our old gutter system couldnt handle moderate rains, let alone heavy rains, but Eagle Gutter cured that problem, and did so at a very reasonable price. Ray, the foreman, redesigned our downspout placement and greatly alleviated our gutter overflow issues and some of the runoff erosion issues we had due to our old system.Ray took the extra time to think about ways to solve our gutter problems. Great professional work and very prompt. I had them replace a 18 foot section of damaged gutter, Ray was great made some suggestions and they also cleaned all my gutters for no charge.
