My yard was in shambles. It has been transformed into a work of art. I read positive and negative reviews for this company. I personally have zero complaints, and will definitely reach out to them for future assistance. I like the fact that the company is willing to work with unsatisfied customers, but there is nothing a person can do to console difficult people. Ruben will meet you at the job site, and provide a reasonable quote. Once the job is scheduled Ruben and his team will arrive early on the scheduled day. They are fast, quiet, and efficient. Ruben and his team will go above and beyond the customers desired intentions. There is strict attention to detail. If they are ever unsure they will double check with the customer. My experience throughout the entire process was exceptional. The customer service skills of each member within this company is pristine. I personally recommend this lawn service over any other.

Ruben has a great crew. They are fast efficient and left me with a job well done. Ruben and his crew are coming back in a few days to do another job for me. I got his name and number from my neighbor who also used his service and was very satisfied with the work they did.

Ruben and his crews did a great job on my property. Was a good mix of plant removal, tree removal, irrigation repair and placing new rock landscaping. I did go to multiple contractors for estimates and Rubens was the most reasonably priced. Gina in their office, was also great at responding to my questions and coordinating the work with me.

Amazing yard work!! We had 3 large bushes in our backyard and they removed them with no issues and even cleaned up our front yard and removed the dead bushes on the side of the house. They were very professional and I will definitely be calling them again.

First time hiring Rubens Lawn Service and will be coming back. Reasonable pricing - they were clean and did a timely job taking out old plants and putting in new ones as well as fixing my irrigation - he also made sure he told me and explained to me what and why they had to do certain fixes etc. Definitely recommended.

I’ll try to keep this simple. I paid for a retaining wall to be completed but they deemed it complete at 90%. The contract clearly states “complete retaining wall, materials and labor included”, and yet, here I am going to my local hardware store to finish a wall. I am considering legal action and hope to at least save one person from this headache.

Ruben and his guys did a great job. Even removed lights for me that werent functional. I would definitely use them again.

I needed my lawn serviced in between trips out of town. Ruben and his crew accommodated my schedule, gave an exact quote, showed up on time, and did an amazing job on the yard. EDIT: After the initial breakdown in communication, Ruben and team came out within 2 days to help make it right and did a good job cleaning up my yard. Overall, really nice guy, and does seem like he takes pride in his work. (5/13/19)Very bad follow through.They came and cleaned up our yard and I paid over 400$ for initial clean up. Fine I get it... But afterward, I tried over the course of 2 months to schedule monthly maintenance. Unfortunately they decided not to follow up with me and gain a permanent customer. Now Im out looking for a new yard service, and since its been 2 months, I have another start up fee from another yard service provider. Very disappointed with Ruben and staffs follow through and customer service, it felt like he took the money and ran.

I am very happy with the work that Ruben’s Landscaping did. They were very professional beginning with scheduling and the in person estimate. I plan to use them again as good landscapers are hard to find. Very reasonably priced.

Ruben came to my home and he was very nice and set me up with a lawn service through his Landscaping business. It was to be every other week at $40 to mow if needed and clean upLeaves which I thought was reasonable. This service came the first week. I waited for them to return the following two weeks. As far as I knew they did not show. I waited till the following week thinking they would show, they did not. I finally called Ruben’s to inquire what happened. Gina said I should find another lawn service because none of them spoke English and she has a hard time communicating with them, but said she would find out what happened. She called me back, said they did show, but said no one answered the door but they saw someone look out the window so they left. I don’t know what they meant, I was here all day. Anyway I feel they shouldn’t have made more of an effort, like ring the bell again, cld me, left a note. Anyway When Gina cld me back, she just said find anther lawn service. Didn’t offer another referral NOTHING! What a way to treat people! Told her I would never speak well of Ruben’s or refer anyone to them.

Rubens Lawn Service was absolutely amazing. Quality work, updates, he even send videos of them in the yard to keep me in the loop. Would HIGHLY recommend them!

This is the company you want to hire whether you live at your home or lease your property. We live in California and lease a home in Las Vegas. It is hard to find a reliable landscaping maintenance company in Las Vegas so we were so happy to find Ruben’s. They are honest, reliable and efficient and they do stellar work. Our strict homeowners association sent zero complaints to us while Ruben’s was in the job. They are awesome!

This review was changed from a “1-star”. They contacted me and really changed their service. I am happier with their work. Would have been 5 stars if it was this way the first time.

Excellent work for a reasonable price. I hired Ruben to re-run my sprinkler system, landscape my pool area with river rock, put some new plants into the ground, and sod a small area with real grass. Each project was delivered on time and within the estimated budget. Ruben was friendly and did everything he could to make the projects successful.

Called and got a great quote to remove a dead tree and take care of all those dang weeds that pop-up daily. Ruben and his guys did a great job!! Will be looking for monthly service too.

Worst lawn service I have in Las Vegas! He gave me a quote of $150. When I got home he had only cleaned HALF of the backyard and was harassing my elderly mother for more money to finish cleaning. She wouldnt pay him more so he LEFT! And the backyard was only HALF cleaned! when I got home I was furious and on the phone, he started harassing me for more money. I told him that if he didnt finish cleaning it I would cancel my check. He continued arguing with me and harassing me for more money. I cancelled the check which cost me $30 to cancel. His office called me saying they needed the $150 and I told them he would need to finish if they wanted the money back. They wanted cash (because of course they were afraid I would cancel again). I didnt get my $30 cancellation fee back. He came back to finish and he still didnt do a good job! After my mom gave him the $150 cash, he continued harassing her for more money! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HARASSMENT!!!
