Horrible, cant be trusted. Over a year ago I paid for 4 trees to be removed but they only did 3, siting problems with the saws, etc. and said they would come back. To this day I havent been able to get them to come back and take out the last tree, or get my money back. Now Brett doesnt even answer my texts, or respond to my requests.

Brett, the owner gave estimate and required a deposit because he gave excuses that customers will hire someone when he gets to the job & also company policy.He never showed twice. He had so many excuses, truck & computer ? broke down. Didn’t answer our numerous calls after. Still asking to return our check deposit but couldn’t get a hold of him. Do not hire this guy. He’s a scammer!!!

I called 3 companies before calling A-1 (no particular reason). All with lots of stars and good reviews and fancy websites. They all made appointements with me and none of them showed up, or called to let me know anything. A-1 came when they said they would to quote it, and a few hours later there was a crew outside my house trimming my tree. The price was great, and the work was done right and quickly, and they even swept up. Looks fantastic. From now on these are the first folks I call.

Doesnt seem to know what is going on with his crew, makes excuses for bad work. I would not suggest using them. I was very dissatisfied with the work they did
