Got two or three phone calls. Finally sent a guy out to repair some pool plumbing. The guy looked at it and said he would be back tomorrow to take care of it. No one ever came back and didnt even receive a phone call. DONE!

We just moved to Nv and needed a pool company to service our pool. We called to set up an appointment for them to start work on a Monday and they said it would be ready to go by that Thursday. Sounded great. They drained it and came back the next day to do a Chlorine bath and at that time they told us they couldnt do a Acid wash because of the condition of the plaster on the pool. After a couple hours of the Chlorine bath they guy was done. There was a very large amount of DIRT left at the bottom of the pool. We asked him if he was going to get it up before he started filling the water back in it. He stated NO he would vacuum it out Thursday when he came to put chemicals in for the service part of the agreement. We thought that was odd but he is the professional. Come Thursday morning around 9:15am he comes over unannounced walked in to our back yard area to check to see if the pool was full or not and he left. We noticed his car leave so we were on the phone with Robert asking what time the employee would be back in the afternoon to finish. (The pool was 6 inch from being completely full) he was very rude and raising his voice saying no no it will be Friday, they had other jobs to get to. Even though his customer service skills were lacking we said okay see you Friday. Friday comes and when the employee came out he said well we cant use your equipment because the hose needs a reducer and we dont have that size. I asked him to just use his portable vacuum, because we really didnt want them using our filter anyways. He said they do not have a portable vacuum that no companies carries them. I asked why he didnt notice what size reducer he needed when he was looking at it at the beginning and he just said he didnt notice. And no one carries portable vacuums.He called Robert to tell him he couldnt finish the job and he was told to go to the next location.The employee told me Robert will call us to determine the price for just the Chlorine wash since that is all he was able to do and we said thats great we will have the check ready for you to swing back around. OKAY DONENOPE... Robert didnt call and its been over a weekWe had to call another company to come out on Memorial Day weekend to vacuum and put chemicals in it so we didnt waste the thousands of gallons of water that we just filled it up with.This NEW company came right out, with their own PORTABLE VACUUM cleaned the pool and put the much needed chemicals in it. We asked them if it was customary to not have a portable vacuum and of course they replied with if you are a pool company you should have one. (Thats what we thought)Fast forward to today, we received an invoice for the full amount from Mr. Robert (NO PHONE CALL) We politely called him to ask what amount he came up with since the invoice was for the full amount and we hadnt heard from him at all. He said we should pay the entire thing. After explaining to him why we would not be paying the entire thing he threw about 3 different numbers at us just to get us to agree. We told him those numbers do not match to the work that was done. Mr. ROBERT WAS YELLING AND THEN HUNG UP ON US. So we have no idea what he would have liked to settle on.At the end of the day, the guy was here 3 hours and couldnt finish the job which made us have to pay a lot of money to get a company out that day to fix what they left because their company didnt have the appropriate tools for their employees to get the job done efficiently.Dont make excuses, make a solution! And NEVER DISRESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS, remember that they are how your employees feed their families. If you dont care about getting money for your company or your family thats one thing. But be mindful for the people you hire, because it isnt just doing your customers wrong you are doing your employees wrong. I had to call them out three times to fix an issue that should have been addressed during the original pump install, then was charged an additional fee for the service. Their tech just kept coming out and tightening a leaking fitting instead of replacing it. Stay away from this place, there are far more reputable and reliable pool service and repair companies in Las Vegas.

Every time I call GUARANTEED POOL SERVICE they are prompt to respond. They are highly knowledgeable of all of pool aspects. Most reasonably priced compared to all others. Prompt Reasonably Priced and most of all HONEST!!! Oh and a pleasure to talk to the YOUNG man on the phone. Thank you for being OUR pool service agent!!!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED CASH! I must admit, I still have a lot to learn about my pool equipment. Anyway, my motor stopped running and I tried everything to get it to start again, but I was unsuccessful. I decided to call Guaranteed Pool Service and spoke to the owner. After explaining my situation, he told me that he will send someone over and that the fee is $50.00 which would be used toward the bill if I decide to have them do the repair, so I agreed.When the guy made it to my house he attempted to turn on the motor and of course it didnt start. He knew right away what the problem was, so he said Ill be back, I have the part in my truck. He came back with the part that is in the picture. It took him a total of 20 minutes to unscrew the cover of the motor and install the Capacitor. So after he finished, I asked him what is the bill, he said he has to call his boss. When he ended the call, he said the bill is $102.00. I said really?! It took you less then 20 minutes, and Im talking about the entire time you were here! I gave him a check for the $102.00 in protest and immediately called the office.The boss was out but I called back a second time and was able to speak with him. I told him Im contesting the bill because I Googled the part and I saw prices for $5.56, $6.45, mostly prices under $15.00. He told me he gets the parts from a company that charges him $48.04. I said I find that hard to believe, you have to be buying them in bulk knowing that there will be other customers with the same problem that I had. He said that he only orders 1 or 2 at a times. Come on, really! What company does that?! So I continued to say, how can you charge me $50.00 for a job that took 20 minutes?! If anything, with the part being $48.04 and a 20 minute job, I shouldnt have had to pay a $50.00 fee for labor, it wasnt even an hour!Okay, to top it off, just to give you an idea of how incompetent this company is. I wrote the check on 3/1/19, it is now 5/2/19 and the check was just deposited. Im glad Im not someone who doesnt maintain a decent balance in their checking account to cover stupidity like this.Like I said earlier, I still have a lot to learn about my pool equipment but I dont expect to be ripped off for something that was so simple. Happy to recommend Guaranteed Pool Service. They replaced a pump for me at a lower cost than I was quoted elsewhere, and did it quickly and professionally. When I had an electrical problem, the owner talked me through the problem over the phone and helped me to fix it myself. These are my kind of people.

Had a pump that lost its prime, wouldnt pump water. Ramon came out and found a pine cone had gotten into the water line from the skimmer to the pump. took less than a hour to get me up and running. Very pleased with their service and very reasonable charge.

Guaranteed is in the name so you can expect a resolution to your problem, right? Not so regarding my pool heater. I explained over the phone a knocking noise coming from the heater which my own pool guy said was the header & that it would cost $500 to fix. Id done business with GPS before so I gave them a call for a 2nd opinion. Robert from GPS said no its the ____ (I forget) & was so confident in his diagnoses the he immediately sent an invoice for around $160. Well after coming out multiple times, changing this and that, once agreeing that it was the header, he finally came to the conclusion that it was calcium build up causing a clog and that they didnt have the tools to repair it. I still paid them $75 for all their attempts ... but should I have? My pool guy still maintains that it is the header and that if it were a calcium problem Id see signs of it around my tiles. There isnt any. Not happy.

The lady over the phone was being completely rude for no reason, she must hate her job. Hope God blesses them with positive customer service & goodluck if you’re trying to get services for pool cleaning but this may not be the place to call.

I decided to pick Guaranteed Pool Service based on the positive reviews in google. After trying the service for 2 months I have been extremely disappointed. First, the company managed only after 2 months to damage our newly plastered pool due to omitting the necessary chemicals. We now have to contract our original plasters to have an acid wash treatment applied to remedy the problem. Second, Its worth mentioning they also misplaced a check and only confirmed they had received it once my husband emailed a copy after several times confirming over the phone it had cleared our bank. This is the first time we try out a pool servicing company only to notice it never looked clean and they pool guy left a golf ball on the bottom for 2 weeks straight and didnt put back the indoor cleaning system that had popped out. Obviously, he didnt vacuum or never bothered to clean it up. Thirdly, the company charged us extra for some chemicals we didnt even know about. Only after calling Robert for an explanation did he dismiss the charge. The service is completely subpar. Save yourself the headache and go someplace else.

If you want a pool service who does not clean your pool and tell you they clean your pool although your surveillance system shows otherwise. If you want a company to blame the customer saying the gate was locked, or a pool service who says we forgot you, or a pool service who comes and only writes the date on the pool sign in sheet and who really does not clean your pool-this company is for you.Look at your cameras if you have them and check your filters you may be in for a surprise.To the owner you will receive a certified letter along with camera footage from my attorney this week. Be prepared to send a refund for this month as we paid for the month of March will no longer require your services.I have given your company months of chances and you are simply not an honest company.Telling me you will fire the pool guy does not cut it.You train them to cheat home owners.When a customer is on to you then you have the pool guy change his time of service IF even even shows up.Camera dont lie but you do.Response to the owner REALLY wrong customer you did no such thing lol.LIES you cant even get your customers right - What you did is charge for not cleaning and I caught your pool guy on camera. Thank you for my full refund !BADLY Stained hmmm lets see why - YOU NEVER CLEANED IT - IT WAS NOT HOW YOU ACQUIRED MY POOL - YOU ACQUIRED MY POOL CLEAN !

So my first pool. Learning curve. I wanted to hire someone who knew what they were doing and I wanted a clean pool. That is just not what I got. Now 2 months later and educated by my new pool guy I see how bad Garunteed Pool Service really is.First they were more expensive but not much.I was told my hot tub jets didnt turn off and that is why it could never be cleaned. The reality was the pool guy just didnt know how to do it and no one really cared about my pool or quailty of the work.I was told my filter was shot or pump which I replaced at huge expense but the reality was I was being told to over fill my pool so the skimmer wasnt really working correctly. Easy fix became thousands.My pool w Garunteed Pool Service was always dirty and green. They dont use enough chemicals to maintain a pool correctly nor does staff know how to operate pool equipment correctly or trouble shoot problems.2 months of paying garunteed pool service and I never had a clean pool once and it became green, they literally didnt know how to operate the valves correctly. They use 1 bottle of chlorine new company put in 10.Just 24 hours with my new company and the pool is glacier water clear. It is unbelievable. From pond to spa level. My new company takes pride in thier work and they took the time to educate me on pools.I would not use garunteed pool service again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I have used these guys twicee to replace my pump and whitewash my pool and have not been disapointed. The first time i used them i wanted to find out wby my waterfall was nott working right. I talked to Robert who instead of sending someone out to the house and charging me a house call told me to pull my cartridges out of filter and see what happens sure enough that was problem. Dirty cartriges. Since that time i have used them all the time
