I just wanted a roof/ceiling fan installed in my new van. Jeff Taylor was able to fit my small job into their busy schedule. To save money, he even suggested I go buy the vent I want to avoid their required markup. Mike did a great professional installation, just like he did installing a window in the sliding door seventeen years ago on my last van.

We have had a wonderful pleasure renting with Ability Center since March 2019. All the staff is professional and very nice and thoughtful and Charmaine is our RockStar! She always makes me feel so valued when we call for rentals with great conversation and mainly remembering my name and they have better rental pricing than other places... we checked. So now that we’ve officially moved to Vegas this past June it’s time to purchase a van for my brother and working with Bob has been great, keeping us up to date to locate us a good van at a good price, waiting for it to arrive this week and we wouldn’t choose anywhere else but Ability Center.Thank you,Tammie, Carl and Mama Marcelle

Bob Monahan was our salesman. I cant say enough good about him. He was TERRIFIC! He guided us to the perfect van for us. He delivered it to us in Cedar City, Utah and drove our trade in away. I recommend The Anility Center and Bob to anyone thats needs an excellent mobility van.

They deal with the handi cap community but their manager is a money hungry individual who doesnt listen to the peoples needs. He says and does what he thinks will bring him a bigger profit .....shamefully how they take advantage of disabled individuals and their families a big majority being older and younger veterans who unselfishly gave for our country.....shame on Bruce the manage!!!!! Bless the secretaries they were very caring and kind!!!!!

Bought a used Town and Country mobility vanfrom the Ability Center. I needed repairs andadjustments and they were all done in a timelymanner with a reasonable price. Unlike someothers, they have a free bi-anual mobility service.I am mechanically inclined and had hoped tobuy a van from a private party. I looked a three separate vans. All three were warn out and neededtoo many major repairs. I think I got more bangfor my buck at Ability Center. Beware of online andCraigs List deals. If you want to get a fair pricewith exceptional service. the Ability Center inLas Vegas is the place to go.

If you want cookie cutter service - and expensive options - THIS is the place to go. Attempted to move my aunts scooter lift from her old vehicle to her new one. It was 12 years old - however, it worked perfectly, no need to replace it. They refused to move the old one. Focused only on selling her a $7000 model. When that didnt work - they offered to try and find a $4500 model; but, that couldnt be put in until a week or two later.Totally useless place. And leaving a message for them - might as well not be in a hurry for them to care either.

The service after the sale is fantastic.

I needed some solid tires on my 25 year old wheelchair. (Thankfully I havent needed it again till now)They sized me up and offered a few selections and was out of there in less than a hour. Cant complain about the prices either.
