The Peters agency has been very helpful in determining which coverages I need. They offer annual reviews of coverage if your circumstances have changed. Most agencies do not offer that service.

I havent had to deal with a claim yet, and hope I never do, but I am 100% satisfied with the Sam Peters Allstate Insurance office. Before you sign up with him, he explains everything you need to know. If theres anyway to save you money, hell find it. With my old insurance (Travelers) he found I was paying for things I didnt need. Hes always there to answer any questions and handle any problems. If hes out of the office he has excellent people in the office to take care of you. No waiting around for someone to get back to you. I would recommend him in a heartbeat, if fact I sent my grandson to him and he is now insured with Sam. I give Sam a A+.
