Just moved here from Oregon and was looking for some home insurance so I got a recommendation from my Real estate agent on where I should start first. This was the first and ended the last spot. First off I called in and talked to a sweet receptionist named Elaine and she answered my basic questions and set me up an appointment to meet with an agent. I talked with the agent (Noemi) and she told me what I needed to bring in. When I went in they were professional and even had a plexiglass screen to protect from Covid-19. I guess you can’t be too careful nowadays. They both were very professional and quick. Noemi even got me a big discount with my auto. I guess it does save when you bundle up. I highly recommend it here totally professional. I think even the owner peeped in just to say Hi. Very nice and it feels like a family environment here.

My parents dealt with Allstate for many years. When they moved to Nevada, they found Dwain and were really happy with his care and honesty in dealing with his customers.Well, with my parents gone and a need for insurance, who else would I turn to?Dwain treats all of his customers like family and gives them the best deal on insurance he can. I would not look else where!!!

I have never had an insurance company raise my insurance premium then 7 months later lower it back to the beginning. Also lowering my deductible. I give allstate 5 stars. Thank you and I will try hard to keep my end of the deal and not have an accident.

I will be able to say more when I have settle a claim. I put a new roof on my house and your service department did not recognize it and told me my roof was the original roof and I was given a 25% credit. That should be a 3 star rating. I am a retired Building Inspector (15 yrs) and General Contractor (32 Yrs).

I switched to Allstate two years ago - both home and auto - and am happy. Mr. Fraziers staff is friendly, helpful, polite and gracious. Ive even had a homeowners claim -- and theyre still very friendly, helpful, polite and gracious -! (and they were very helpful in the claim - I didnt know what to do or how to fill out the paperwork; they walked me through every step). Im VERY happy! Thanks!

Allstate Insurance please guys be carful on the companies you trust to handle your insurance my father has been taken advantage of he is 75 years old on a fixed income and this company has decided to deduct $960.00 from his account because they in their words (we have the authority to do that) due to having a licensed minor under the same roof, now my father has not been able to pay his mortgage because of this and is going through a lot of stress please choose the company wisely. From this point on we urge you not to deal with this company for they have lost all our trust. Over four cars and home insurance with them and they dont care what you are going through, not their local office which is the Frazier Agency on Charleston and Rainbow nor their customer service representatives at their corporate department.Please let everyone know. Ive been with the for years. Ive had zero accidents and have filed no claims on either policy since Ive been with them. Ive only gotten older yet my rates have increased every single renewal. I thought I was suppose to be rewarded for good driving not stressed when renewal time comes up again.

Taking my business elsewhere I do not recommend them they will push away their loyal customers with their unacceptable customer service. State Farm has showed me true respect and a true want of my business I highly recommend them!

When we had a hose to the refrigerator develop a pinpoint hole leak in it inside a cupboard that we didnt realize we had until the floor started feeling strange in the kitchen not realizing it was also leaking into the living room. Dwain knew who to get and everything was done, floors had to be replaced. Everything was done in less than three days.
