I insured with Diana Xu since 2017. I love the customer service they provide. They care about their customer. They actually remember who I am, not just the random name in the system. I think it is really amazing that when I go to their office, they don’t even ask my name because they know and remember me. I was in a car accident last week and I forget my insurance ID card. I called them and they emailed me the ID card right the way. So many people have been telling me that their insurance agent never pick up their phone call. I am very lucky that I got a right agent who always answer my phone even when they are really busy. They are there when I need them. I really want to thank Diana and her staff. I don’t need to worry about my insurance since I know Diana and her staffs are professional and they know what they are doing.Highly recommended!

To find a great and reliable agent here in Las Vegas isnt easy. Diana Xu is one of the reliable agent I have dealt with for the past 4 years. I had two major car accidents that are not at my fault and Diana had helped me with my cases. Not only she is reliable and honest, but also will recommend the type of products for her clients interest. If you go to other companies such as Allstate, AAA or Progressive, you will probably have to pay extra costs for your accidents or other products. With Diana I know I am in great hands.

Diana Xu - State Farm Insurance Worst insurance agency ever!  People! Stay away!from this place, after they quote me and I made the full payment for half year then about two weeks later they sent me another payment for $200+, I went back to the office trying to find out whats that $200 dollars for they didnt help me at all, finally they solve my problem by cancel my policy.  This place is a joke! Stay Away! Stay Away! Stay Away!!!

Quan is absolutely AWESOME!!!! Every time I call him hes always very patient and polite. He always returned my phone calls/ answered my voice messages in a very timely manner. He will go extra mile, call me to remind me before my insurance premium is due. I PURCHASED AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE FOR A NEW AUTOMOBILE AND PAID THE PREMIUM PER THEIR AGENT, XIAMEI. WE EXPLAINED TO XIAMEI WE WOULD BE ON AN EXTENDED TRIP TO CHINA. THE STATE OF NEVADA REEQUIRES CONTINUOUS LIABILITY COVERAGE, EVEN IF YOUR VEHICLE IS OUT OF SERVICE, PARKED IN YOUR GARAGE. XIAMEI, WAS NOTIFIED BY THE STATE FARM INSURANCE COMPANY THAT THERE WAS A MISTAKE IN THEIR CALCULATION OF OUR AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE AND CONSEQUENTLY, ADDITIONAL PREMIUM WAS REQUIRED. RATHER THAN CONTACT US VIA THE EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT WE COULD GET EMAIL IN CHINA ON, SHE EMAILED TO OUR GMAIL ADDRESS. THEY ALSO SENT A NOTICE TO US VIA USPS (WHICH THEY KNEW WE WOULD HAVE NO WAY OF ACTUALLY READING UNTIL WE RETURNED). ALSO, WE HAD GIVEN THEM A US SKYPE PHONE NUMBER THEY COULD HAVE CALLED US ON). THE DIANA XU STATE FARM INSURANCE AGENCY HAS COST US TO HAVE TO PAY A $501 FINE LEVIED BY THE NEVADA DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES. ALL BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO GO THE EXTRA EFFORT TO NOTIFY US BY THE MEANS THEY KNEW WOULD WORK.
