Stated that he would help resolve the matter. Did not hear anything for over a week. Called this Daniel guy back he stated he would call me back, and never did. These people who work for this company are liars and all they want is your money. There are many choices for insurance, please take your business somewhere else. Not an honest company.

The rates have been excellent for all 3 vehicles we own.

Last January, I purchased a new workmans comp policy through this agency. The agent working with me left the firm after I had completed the application and paid for the policy. The insurer asked for additional documents, but because no agent covered for this woman and we were not informed, the policy was canceled. A new policy was written in February, but we were fined by the Insurance Commission for the lapse in coverage in January.. The broker said he would pay the fine, but has not done so.

The process was streamlined and simple. This was my first time buying homeowners insurance but I felt like I understood everything about it by the end of our consultation. I also happened to need a very quick turnaround and Gary delivered.

I have been with this company almost since I got my drivers license and have been happy until recently. The company had told me to call back to find another insurance company before the insurance drips leaving me with no insurance. I called to remind them several times and was given assurance that I was covered. Months later I receive notice from the DMV that I was not covered and had to pay a fine for driving without insurance. I pay, advance apologizes, and I forgive them until the something happens again! Now Im the type that pays off my insurance for the whole term to get the discount so I am not happy with paying all these unnecessary fees due to incompetence. I must have paid the DMV $2500 in fines due to this companys mistakes so be warned.

Gave me many options and even asked questions i never thought about increasing our coverage for items and saving us over $60.00 a month

Over the years I have worked with Advance Insurance on numerous insurance needs and they have delivered on every level. As a television producer of a nature based television series I have been required by National Parks to carry one million dollar liability insurance when filming. Each National Park requires there own. Advance Insurance helped me with each of these and with very short notice. Besides handling home and auto insurance basics they also helped helped me out when our rental car was broken into and all of computer equipment and belongings were stolen.
