From the onset of calling the office, Tabitha scheduled a home visit with Joe. I was extremely happy with Joe who was thorough in completing an full assessment of my home; inspecting the roof, attic, cabinets, pulling out the appliances. It was determined there was a rodent in my home. Joe proceeded to set up rat traps. The following day, the rat was caught in the trap. In addition, scheduled to have Ryan come out and sanitize the areas where the rat had infested. A week later, I noticed there was an odor coming out of my kitchen sink cabinet. Ryan had come back out and sanitized the cabinet flooring. Overall, I would highly recommend using the services from this company. In the middle of the night we found a baby scorpion crawling over my husband! So scary!The next morning I called and spoke with Tabitha about my issue and she was able to give me a same day appointment, and I only had to wait 4 hours for them to come! I was so grateful to say the least.When the tech came, his name is Ryan, he introduced himself and what the process was going to entail. He was clean, upbeat and very efficient. I discovered a large swarm of bees in the shrubs on my property. They were really angry and I rushed my dogs inside and called Desert Squad Pest &Wildlife. I needed help right away because I have other animals, horses and rabbits, that would not be able flee the swarm. Joseph actually came a couple hours early. He explained everything he would do and relieved my anxiety. He put on his bee suit and told me to go inside. He then got to work. This was the only company I could find that would help us move our Great Dane who collapsed and died overnight. She was 160 lbs and no one would we called helps with pets, why!? When joseph came to remove her he knelt down and pet our precious baby girl and promised to take good care of her. They were very careful taking her down our stairs. This business is the number one reason I am still a home owner today. After moving into a new house, I quickly realized I had a rodent problem in my front and rear yard. Living on the edge of the desert I expected to encounter these types of critters. I called the experts at Desert Squad and Michael responded quickly. He immediately identified that they were kangaroo rats. He informed me that they require a certain type of bait and laid out the appropriate bait stations. This guy knows his stuff and takes his job seriously. We moved into our home four years ago and realized that we had a few pigeons. Over the years we have done what every cheap homeowner does, we put up the netting, we put up the owls, we put up the snakes. We also put up solar panels but had no idea that pigeons would now flock to our home like crazy. I finally had enough and called 6 different pigeon removal companies. We got bids from each company. Michael was by far the most thoughtful, he came when he said he would and didn’t give us broad windows of time, he made appointments and respected our time. That was his first plus. His third plus was that he had cutting edge solutions and quality material, he explained why he used the tools that he does and how they are the best options. His next plus was that not only were his prices competitive, he actually was giving us more than anyone else offered. His estimate to clean our roof, guard our solar panels, and then put up pest deterrents was the same cost as two other companies wanted to charge just to clean the roof. I’ve waited a few weeks before reviewing to see how effective he was and I am ecstatic to say that the pigeons are gone. We no longer have a pool full of pigeon poop, we can walk around our balcony in our bare feet, our pool guy hasn’t had a baby pigeon clogging our pool hose again (hallelujah), our walkways are clear, and we no longer are worried about disease. We are so happy Desert Squad Pest and Wildlife.

In addition to the trapping/removal of rats and sanitizing of the attic, Michael also did a lot of repair work on the roof to close off potential openings (broken tiles, missing exhaust caps, the whole gamut). I had a Bee problem under my 2nd story roof line. I found desert squad through friend, they send Michael over and he remove the hive and all the honey comb. He then repair the roof where he opened up to remove the honey comb. Very professional service, the technician is a very nice guy highly recommended, Fair price. I am afraid of rats & the diseases they can spread. It was such a nightmare hearing scratching, scurrying & gnawing in the walls & attic! There were dead rats, rat droppings & urine scattered throughout the attic & in the insulation.Michael knew how anxious I was, so he took his time to answer all my questions, explain everything he was doing & even used a camera so I could see behind some walls & above the ceilings. I learned so much about rats!Michael did an fabulous job with thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing & deodorizingthe attic! And after seeing signs of rat activity above the ceiling in one of the rooms, he cut an opening in the ceiling, climbed in & thoroughly cleaned, sanitized & deodorize that area too!He spent days on the roof, sealing any openings that the rats can squeeze through to get into the attic. And did a magnificent job cleaning amassive amount of nasty pigeon mess off the roof too!! Even the neighbors commented how impressed they were by all the time he spent on the roof!Michael still stops by to check in the attic & on roof to make sure there are still no rats! He is so pleasant & a joy to do business with! And our dogs are quite fond of him & excited to see him! Desert Squad will now be taking care of all our exterminating services! I was experiencing 2 problems in my home. Rats and skunks. Living in the mountain ridges brings all sorts of critters in our area, so we were not entirely surprised by the skunks. They managed to build a small den under our deck stairs and while they were cute, they were causing quite a mess. Around the same time we also started noticing a lot of rat activity and before we knew it they had done damage to our electrical wiring. I called Desert Squad to help us with our issue. Michael came out and was able to trap the den of skunks within 2 days. We didnt want the skunks killed, so it was nice to know they release them back into the wild far north of the valley. They also did 2 weeks of rat trapping and repair work to close off the areas the rats were getting in from. We are ever thankful for their wonderful service! Thank you Desert Squad!!!!

Weve been having an ongoing pigeon problem in our area. I was tired of washing pigeon poop off our car windshields and around the front of our house. 😡 I saw Mike doing some work on one of our neighbors solar panels to keep pigeons away. I waited a few days to see if the pigeons were going to come back and they didnt. I called Mike a week later and he took care of the areas the pigeons were landing and sitting on. Finally... the dang pigeons are gone!!!! Im happy, my wife is happy, life is good again.

Got stung from bees due to them living in my irrigation water box. I found desert squad online they came out and remove them live. It cost a little more than if they were to kill them, but it was worth it since they relocate them to local bee keeper. Thank you mike.

We had a problem with Rats in our attic.... we called around, one company wanted a fortune and the other one mickey mouse the job. We didnt think we where going to get rid of them... until a friend recommende we call Michael at Deseert Squad. Michael inspected our house inside and out and showed us pictures of what exactly was going on and what needed to be done, our problem was larger than we thought, the rats werent only in the attic they were also coming in the doggie door... within less than two weeks we were finally rids of the rats.
