Hands down the best, most personal, down to earth customer service. I spoke with Steve, the actual owner, as to what I was looking for (small, quality, sparkly diamond studs) to wear one and give one to my daughter to match. After speaking to his diamond person, Steve suggested the most practical and economical choice rather than spending stupid money for something in excess for what I wanted. He came through in a timely manner and the studs are perfect!!!

The staff here is amazing! I brought in my moms ring in order to make a custom one for myself. They quickly helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. I love my ring!!!!!! I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I recently took a bracelet with a broken toggle and a ring that needed reshaping in to Boudreau. The ring was something I received from my mother ten years ago and that I wear every day. It has always been pretty dark-colored silver since I got it. When I picked up both pieces today, not only were both completely fixed, but they had cleaned my ring so thoroughly it was literally a shade of silver I had never seen before with this ring. It is so clean and beautiful. It really made my heart full to see something so sentimental to me shining so brilliantly. I highly recommend. To fix the toggle and reshape the ring, I only paid about $25.

I am extremely inexperienced when it comes to diamonds, and Steve and his staff at Boudreau Jewelers was extremely helpful during my first visit. He told me all about clarity ratings, colors, flourescence, everything I needed to know to get the best quality diamond. Together, we picked out a great diamond with which I was quite satisfied. I was given a date for pickup that was within my required time frame, and the ring was ready exactly on time, and it looked perfect.My fiance loves the ring, and I do too. Ive had my grandmothers engagement ring for many years and many relationships. And finally found the one and only woman that ever wanted to give it to and deserved it. The ring, however, was not in any shape ready to be presented. Missing its main diamond worn down details and a loop sided shape. I was afraid that I had no idea what it would cost, or if it would be possible at all to bring it back to life. Steve at Boudreau Jewelers to the rescue!!! One review about this place said something like: “trusted, honest, dependable or something like that. And that what hooked me.I dropped it off with Steve and he gave me a very very reasonable price to have a new diamond set, the ring restored and fitted with my lovely girlfriend on pickup. I dropped it off Tuesday I think and was ready Friday but picked it up Saturday. Seeing it again for the first time my girlfriend opened the box I was stunned! I mean floored!

I get ALL of my jewelry and watch repair done here, but how I found them was; we got my wife’s engagement ring resized and appraised here and the process was a million times quicker than some of the other spots we looked into. When a stone became dislodged in her ring, they fixed in in a day for a ridiculously reasonable price. Every time we deal with them, theyre courteous, responsive and friendly. I was a little intimidated going into a jeweler but they make you feel comfortable right off the bat. Hat’s off to Steve and his staff

Steve and Boudreau Jewelers are all very talented, highly professional, very thorough and can do just about anything you need to be done. Ive brought him watches needing batteries, rings that need resizing, even jewelry that needed to be polished and he did an excellent job for each. He was able to polish a heavily tarnished necklace and make it look brand new, like the day I bought it. When I had my ring resized he also fixed the prongs on my stone to ensure it didnt come loose and get lost. I have visited other jewelry repair places before and he does an excellent job for a reasonable price, lower than other places I got quotes for. I always make a point when I travel through here to stop and see Steve, I wish we had a trusted jeweler like this where I currently live. I will gladly drive 4 hours out of my way to get things fixed right the first time. Trusted & Professional.

I called Boudreauxs about four years ago and he said he was an authorized Rolex dealer. when I had my Rolex back it was not working, he said bring it in and hell fix it. I didnt trust him so I mailed it to Ben Bridge (who has done the service on my watch for the last 30 years) and they said were sorry to tell you but a lot of your original parts are missing from your watch. I went to file a small claims case against Boudreauxs and he was filing bankruptcy...... And by the way he has never been a Rolex authorized dealer.

I was visiting Las Crucas and needed a jeweler for some repairs. I took a chance and visited Bouddreau Jewelers. From the minute i walked in everyone was wonderful and were so helpful. Hmph took more than 3 rings in to get checked and see the worth(stamped gold 10k,14k,18)..was told they were scrap and Id get maybe a 100 bucks for all togethrr. They werent even tested just looked through with a microscope weighed all together. Went somewhere else and they tested only 2 rings and appraised me for 1500 for each. I knew they were real diamonds, doesnt matter if they were old, they just wanted to see which place would try and cheat me out of my jewelry. This one did. If you dont know what your doing then they see that as an opportunity.

I took my husbands wedding ring which he has been wearing for 57 years to Boudreau Jewelers and Gallery to resize it. My husband could not go as he is unwell. Steve had the perfect fix for the ring. I slipped the ring on husbands finger when I got home and got the biggest smile. Thank you Steve.

I researched jewelers in the Las Cruces area and settled on Boudreau. We went to have a ring resized and were treated so well that we decided to have an appraisal done on the rest of our jewelry. (The insurance company has been requesting one for awhile) We had to wait for a some time for Steve so decided to go to lunch and come back. When we did we all decided on what work would be done and the price on all of it. We received a call about a week later that advised us we could pick up our jewelry so we took the trip from Elephant Butte to Las Cruces and were disappointed to find out that only part of our work was completed and that was done incorrectly. But the happy ending to the story is that we made an appointment for the following week and Steve had made everything right. We are very happy with the work done as well as the service we received. Would highly recommend them if you are in need of a jeweler.
