Tree Ninjas are professional and asked me my opinion every step of the way. I had an eighty foot Norfolk pine removed and a large oak tree trimmed. They were quick and cleaned up well. The price was also lower than other referrals. Quality work, would use them again.

Great service, great price. Tree Ninjas competed with other peoples estimates and won (by quite a bit). They came in, did an amazing job (both of my lawns looked like a mess, my trees were unkempt and sloppy) and within 8 hours, made my lawns look amazing! The trees look renewed, nothing is sloppy. Tree Ninjas were a cut above the previous service we used! From the time Ronnie came out to give a quote on the weekend to the crew making sure we were happy, professional every step of the way. Ronnie was in communication if the crew was late, and when we would expect them. The crew verified day of what we were wanting done, and that they met that expectation when completed. We will be using them again!

Tree ninjas tree service has always done a wonderful job trimming our trees. I don’t understand any of these one star reviews because this is never been our experience. I asked Ronnie about them and he said he doesn’t even know who these people are so perhaps they have the wrong tree service that they are reviewing. Personally I would not give the one star reviews any credibility at all.

I have read great things about Ninja Tree Service and I make sure I thoroughly do my homework. I decided to email them and the owner called me back personally. Ronnie was courteous, helpful and actually helped relieve my stress concerning some issues with the general tree business. He is one of the good guys for sure. I would highly recommend using Tree Ninjas.

After 3 other companies said they could not do the job or wanted to charge excessive costs (20K), Tree Ninjas came to the Rescue! They did the job quickly and professionally and a fair price. I highly recommend them!

What a great team, They came out and trimmed our trees quickly. They cleaned up well after. Very Pleased and will recommend. They asked several times if we were pleased. They double and triple checked to make sure they took enough. Our trees look great. As good of a deal as ElCheapo but a much better company. Our whole street got a great price and quality tree trim.

INCOMPLETE JOB - UNRELIABLEProvided a quote to remove one tree, flush to the ground (per written invoice), “so you can run a lawn mower over it” and trim numerous trees. When they said the job was completed and asked for payment, we walked around the yard and noticed one tree had not been trimmed. The worker insisted they had trimmed the tree; however, there were no cut marks on the oak, therefore we insisted he trim the oak as requested, which he obliged.We then pointed out the stump where the tree had been removed was not flush to the ground. The worker said it was impossible to cut it that low; we showed him the invoice and he said he would take it up with his employer and would return to finish within a few days. We paid for the service and heard nothing; we made several calls to the owner; he said they would be out Saturday, and no one showed or called. We contacted him again and was told the same thing and got the same results. On the third call the owner said in a rude tone “I told you, we would be out Saturday” and again no call no show.After four weeks and reading his Google reviews we realized he was not responsible enough to honor his commitment to complete the job per his quote. We hired Crawford Tree Service to complete the job. Mr. Crawford completed the job per his quote within a few days and we are very satisfied with his services and will use and recommend him in the future.

This company by far is above their league verse other companies that I had received previous estimates. The entire staff was nice and polite without having any issues on the job while completing the job in an efficient & effective manner. Will use again and refer to other neighbors.I did appreciate how understanding and open this company was when it came to my goals with trees and debris.Thank you so much !!!

We are very pleased with the wonderful job Tree Ninjas did with our huge tree and entire yard. We had multiple trees, bushes and shrubs removed including a 75 ft. Pine that was near houses and power lines. Great guys, great price, great job!

You get what you pay for. They quoted a great price but didnt do a good job. Tried not to finish the job. They left great big stumps so in turn we had to pay more to get them ground.

I publish local publications and owner placed three advertisements in three different publications with me and never paid for any of them. I made numerous attempts to get paid and he blew me off. It shows what type of business he is running. Whatever response he posts is a lie. Dont trust him to do work for you.

Dont use this company. They come and give a quote and then they bail on the job. Not professional at all. Ronnie doesnt answer the phone and his mail box is always full. Very unprofessional!

Do not use this company. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, WITH NO REGARD TO THE HASSLE THEY CAUSED OR THE TIME I LOST FROM WORK. I contacted them for a quote on the removal of a large oak tree. Initially, they were eager to do it due it to being their slow season. They came with a very reasonable quote and wanted to start the next day. I agreed. I took the day off due to the tree in close proximity of my house and it hanging over the whole roof. They did not show up. I was given the excuse that a hydraulic hose broke - again gave me another day - no show so I called and they told me that the machine was still in the shop two weeks later. Again, they gave me maybe Saturday. Maybe? Give me a break! I texted and called with no response. I lost two days of work because of their poor communication skills and lack of common decency. My parents were also coming for the holiday and I wanted to be sure not to put the RV in the way - so for two days my parents were parked on my front lawn. Please dont respond with the bs I see on the other responses - I have text and call logs to prove the run around I received.

Poor communication. They gave me a quote for a small job to grind a stump and lay sod. I agreed. They never came out to do the job. I followed up multiple times and they said they would come out that day but the had issues with equipment. Said they would contact me and never did. Very frustrating experience and not professional at all.

Called them about removing some trees at the property, asked for a deposit and was paid. No show, no answer, completely ripped off.
