I was given the run around from another server i contacted from the business cards at self help center in Pinellas courthouse. I contacted Applied from Google search. Very professional and had my eviction served before the end of the day which was a relief since i lost two days from the run around by the other company. I will be using them again in the future.

I recently had to utilize their services and was truly overwhelmed with their vast knowledge and professionalism. I have never had to file any court paperwork before and was extremely nervous. I had many questions and concerns. They handled everything! I dont drive, they came to me! Their prices were extremely low especially considering the amount of work, time and energy they spent handling my issue. They kept me informed of each step they were taking, both verbally, as well as a confirmation email. This truly eased my mind. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is in need of their services. I have them saved and will never use another business for this again!

Mark was amazing. Came and picked up the papers from me immediately after calling him. Stayed in contact via text and had them served the next day! My boyfriend and I used Applied Process to evict our tenants. They made the service process SO easy. We reached out to them on a Friday night at 8 p.m., and by noon on Saturday our tenants were already personally served. Thank you for making an already stressful ordeal so much easier!

Gave person 2 addresses and a phone number to contact person getting served. One was her parents other was her place of employment. After 30 days with all that he couldnt serve person. Seems like hos effort was to make an attempt to serve maybe ones or twice a week at best. Asked to stop but changed mind hours later so sent message. Server advised he was on vacation when he got back hed let me know. Asked for update and this was reply Im not in town I will have to wait till next week asked for update and was told You told me last week to forget about it so we close the case out. If you want so you will have to reopen the case for $10 at the clerks office reminded him of his reply and i get sorry about that and how he only charged for one address (her work i assume). Save your money and go with someone else and pay by debit or credit card, cash and checks have no disputes ...

Bullied and harassed a woman mocking her and her DV situation. All for the wrong address. Threatened to stay at her home all day laughing and teasing her... All because he cant read the numbers on a house. Never let anyone man tell you you have no rights...you always can call the police and you always have civil court.
