I worked with Kathleen Moore, the owner, on several freelance projects in 2014 and 2015. Shes smart when it comes to marketing, but nightmarish to deal with when it comes to the business side of things. She still owes me for work that her client happily used. At first, she kept claiming that she wasnt getting the invoices, even though my invoicing system tracks if/when someone opens them. Then, she said she was sick and would get caught up on them as quickly as possible. Then, she stopped responding to emails, and refused to return phone calls. Lo and behold, when I called her from a number she didnt recognize, the answered right away. She told me to resend the invoices and that she would pay them right away. Still waiting on that payment...Ethics clearly dont rank high on the priority list here.
