I went to the older Bldg. Off Seminole Blvd.Largo Fl. And I use a mobility scooter. They do not have disabled door openers to desk inside and have a stationary metal hand rail for line waiting which was hard to make turns on scooter. FL. One Would think they would update it so access more easily. The person who helped me was very nice and polite. They did notice I had trouble with the heavy doors.

I live in a senior apartment building with a central mail box location. MANY times my mail has been placed in someone elses box. Yesterday a very important piece of my mail was placed in someone else box. I contacted the neighbor (where my mail often ends up) and sure enough he had received it and had thrown it in the trash! Not blaming him at all but the mail contained my new lifetime membership card to VFW that cost $132! I have noticed on several occasions that the mail carrier is talking on her phone the entire time she is placing mail in the mail slots! It is a proven fact that NO ONE can efficiently perform more than one task at a time! The address on the mail that she has misplaced (sometimes packages too) have my address perfectly printed on the item too. Perhaps she needs glasses too as well as putting down the phone while delivering my/our mail!! Numerous calls and visits to Post Office have been to no avail. How do people who almost regularly make mistakes like these keep their jobs? As others have stated, this is very frustrating.

Slow and rude. Forgot to pay my post office box on the 10th. Came in today the 12th to pay it the lady was slower than my 100 year old great grandma and was rude. Some how my “application” was thrown away even though it’s only been one full day since I needed to pay it. She was so slow with anything she was doing and never even got a manager to talk to me since I was clearly irritated. If you don’t like your job find a different one! Worst experience ever!

They have distance markers on the floor. Their service was speedy n friendly. Easy parking. Wheelchair parking n accessible. They offer many types of mailers and even have Hallmark cards!

The Asian girl in the front (didn’t catch name) but was absolutely nasty too me and I was just asking a question about a package I needed return. She was VERY rude to me in front of a line full of customers. I felt degraded and like she just didn’t want to help me. So unprofessional.

We live on an acre across from Walsingham Park. WE HAVE NEVER HAD MAIL DELIVERED before 5 p.m. We are the last house on the route and receive EVERYONES mail. They clean out the truck and DUMP it into our box. I SHOULD GET A CHECK FOR DELIVERING THE MAIL!

Even considering these unprecedented events and all the additional stress the USPS is going through the person inside went above and beyond to help me get my package. Long story short, after accidentally sending the package to an old address, and failing to intercept the package online, they had their driver go back and pick up the package and bring it to the office. I was able to pick it up the next day. They saved me a lot of trouble with this delivery and for this Im very grateful.

This location does not scan packages when I drop them off and it causes some issues with my customers wondering why I did not send the goods on time. Right now I have 2 packages I sent 2 days ago, and they are not showing as in USPS possession.Also, few times, I dropped off my packages at the bin for prepaid packages as usual, and they never got scanned or delivered to my buyers, so I had to send a replacement or issue full refund just because USPS lost the package and did not scan it and it is not being covered by the insurance...New Year / Christmas season is S-L-O-W for entire USPS, bunch of packages gets lost and late..... but they do not forget to raise prices every 6 months or so without improving the service.

The line was long but the staff kept it moving professionally and quickly. I saw multiple customers give hard times and can only hope they begin to appreciate the staff.

Had to wait about 20 minutes. I was helped by a very nice lady who helped me get the right Signature Required form.

This place is the worst!!! This is the 4th time they lost my packages and on one occasion the mail lady forgot to place the key in my mailbox!!! That key was to open the larger mailboxes at my complex! Can’t anyone do their job?!?!?! Im so frustrated and livid!! Plus, I have been calling their direct line several times and NO ONE is answering!!! They are not careful with your mail at all!!! They are totally unreliable and careless!!! STEP UP YOUR GAME LARGO POST OFFICE!!! You’re handling other peoples mail and packages that they PAID for!!!!!

As always my little Largo post office is always helpful and accommodating. I stopped here last to buy stamps and mail an important package. The staff here rocks. I never wait too long, I get my service with a smile and then happily Im on my way to do other things. I like the home town convenience and how its such a versatile little little place. I have always had fantastic experiences here.

Automated voice system is not only frustrating it is useless. Called for info about mailing a package to Europe that until recently was suspended. Responses to voice prompts were not understood, got into a loop, took No as yes. Never an option to speak with a agent was presented. Now I have to take time to travel to my local post office. If one is disabled and cannot travel, your SOL. Come on USPS, you can do better, you need to do better.

Mailed a package of baby shower invitations to my daughter in Memphis to hand out to her co workers and friends. I was arriving in a few weeks to throw the shower there. Package arrived after I did. 30 days late!! Really!! Good job Largo, and I paid for this plus other invitations to replace ones that never arrived.

Literally the worst post office in the Tampa Bay area. 50/50% we receive our packages. Usually get delivered to the wrong address. Not sure if its stupidity, laziness, or a combination a both, but seriously; they are terrible.

The older front office clerk with the bright red hair was so rude when I had a delivery issue that was my own fault. She told me they dont work for free and asked me if worked for free. Passive aggressive at her finest. Everyone else is always really helpful

What a mess! No AC! And even WORSE, thI y have fans circulating the same air inside. At least 15 people inside the office, mostly seniors, I walked in and right out! No one available to help or answer questions, this is a dangerous place to be in if you’re a senior citizen. Just go to any other location not this one. What a mess I am in awe this is allowed, does anyone care?

They lose my mail, take twice as long to send mail as any other P.O. Ive ever used. Im now driving to Clearwater P.O. instead.

Not much of a line when I was there

I use this post office daily and love their service. I would give them a high rating but today I have a pick up scheduled and no one has shown up. The mail has been delivered and the line has been busy for hrs at the post office. I need the pick up today as some of the packages are time sensitive. Ive called every where to get a hold of some one and nothing. To me being reliable is the number one thing the post office should be. This is not the first time that Ive had a pick up scheduled and no one has shown. I have to call in fairly frequent about this and usually I get a person but now its a recording and cant get a hold of any one and its crucial my packages go out today. This was my last resort in trying to reach some one at the post office.

Most horrible, rude, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life! Thought maybe the first time was a mishap, however three times now and for different things! You people ought to be ashamed of yourselves! The manager of this place is also a big fat JOKE!!!)&

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They ruined a shipment to an APO address. It has been almost 7 weeks. Still hasnt arrived. Sold me insurance that apparently wasnt available so I cannot file a claim. And, I was charged MORE for my packages than I was for two identical (actually 6 lbs heavier) packages sent from another post office almost two weeks later that took only 5 days to arrive to their destination. They had no clue what they were doing and I am out of $500 in shipping and insurance costs and all of my items. Im not even sure what the next recourse is from this point. The employee had no idea what she was doing.

I have twenty packages to scan - Priority Mail - the manager was about to close the door around 5:30pm; she allowed me to go in. Then asked me what I needed to do. She promptly calld another employee from the back Lee so she would scam my packages. The employees working at the time were at least three. The staff was friendly, efficient and most of all courteous.

I am almost always lucky enough to have Paul wait on me and he is the most informative, kind, and helpful postal worker. He always puts a smile on my face, and gives the best post office experience! He deserves to be recognized as an outstanding employee!

Super fast lines and it is usually always very busy. Compared to other post offices these guys are on the ball. Very helpful and so far out of 1000 packages have not lost any. I ship my EarthDye products on a daily bases.

SATURDAY DROP BOX AT 4 PM !!!!!!!! PLEASE check it more often. I bought my postage online, go up there to drop it in the box and its FULL!!! That is not a drop till 4. You need to check it more often on a day when we dont have the option of bringing the package into you!!!!!! Now I have to get a negative review because you guys say I can drop it till 4 but its really like 2! THANKS!

I came around 30 mins before closing. Was a little busy but I found the type of packaging I needed, the line moved rather quickly, and the clerk was very nice and helpful. If its late and I need to send something asap, ill come here again.

Kim has to be one of the nicest customer service people I have ever spoken to. Really a pleasant experience calling a post office which is unusual.

My baby shower is on Saturday may 18th and when my mother went to look for my baby shower banner they said they had lost it. I’m only 2 days away from my baby shower and they didn’t call to let us know what happened and the lady who was handling the counter was very rude and didn’t seem to care. I went down there today and they found my banner what a relief.

Overnight delivary from tampa to Los Angeles. My package ending going to Las vegas. You cannot get your money back since it is guaranteed service until the package get to the final destination. The problem is I want the package back if doesnt get to LA overnight. It was my purely mistake I knew the FedEx and Ups cost more money but they are much better on delivaring next day packages.Dont use USPS OR DHL. for next day delivary

Ive been here several times, and its a decent post office. It stays busy though, so be prepared for long lines.Also, there is only one drive-up drop box on the outside, and it isnt large enough to drop small packages, so I end up having to walk inside every time and use the drop box inside. Could be more efficient for sure.There is a kiosk just inside the door where you can weigh your own packages and purchase postage. This allows you to bypass the long lines, so it is VERY helpful!Nice location, but at certain times of the day its hard to turn left out of the parking lot because of traffic backups.

I have never had a problem with my mail until I moved to Largo. I have even spoken to other carriers from other cities, and they agree this is the most disorganized post office there is. This place is pathetically run and the carriers are lazy individuals who take no pride in their job or providing a quality service.

Its embarrassing to say that we cannot even trust our government with postal services this department has nothing but sticky finger employers working in there. I ordered a package where shows clearly the tracking that ended up in that department but it never left that department and I go there to ask for help and all they do is jump you like a little ball. They dont even take responsibility and I lost my package and and my money over $200. LSA folks dont send no kind of special package or if your plan and receiving expensive package 99% youre not going to get it.

The postal Sevice and I got off to a bad start because. I had moved there and been told where I lived my mail would be thrown away so I got q P.O. Box. While I looked for a home. I found one on Park Street. And they put my address to Park Blvd. So I got no mail for a month. Then they tried to say Ill put that as my address and I showed them where I did not. Anyway I have had excellent service from the Pinellas Park Post Office for over a year now. I lived in Bellair Bluffs for over 50 years and used the Largo Post Office for 50 years. My family since 1956. The post office is as good as UPS to me. You can go in., make arrangements, and they are kind and helpful. I will stick with the USPS when possible. Its our government. And due to the fact that my father died on WW11 defending this country. This is supposed to be our mail hub. Please support them they hire alot of vets and its good for everyone.

Woman here has shut and locked the door in my face at 5:29 and refused to let me drop off my PREPAID PACKAGES. This has happened TWICE now. Have some compassion for your customers who work full time and have to rush through to get there in time. Its just not acceptable customer service.

Lost package sent from my place of employment then held important time sensitive legal documents because new carrier couldn’t find address. Cost me 250k in fines and attorney fees due to incompetence on their actions. USPS is a joke and needs to be shut down. Took over 1000 attempts to get them on the phone

This post office offers the best service possible government service. I dont understand why a reviewer gave this location one star simply because hes uninformed about postage rates. I find the staff friendly and efficient. The downside is the supplies are often under stocked and there are no pens or tape. The scales in the automatic mailing station are also incorrect. Bring your own packing materials, pen, and tape, and dont rely on their scales, and youll leave pleased!

I visit the Largo Post Office on 8th St frequently. Yes there is usually a long line but it moves quickly and the clerks are friendly and very helpful. It compares very favorably to other Post Offices I have been to in Florida.

A package was shipped to me before the 19th with First Class Mail, and it should be here before the 25th according to their website (I understand things can delay it, but really?! it was sitting there for a whole day)But they arent open Sunday, so this ruined Christmas for me this year because I cant pick up a package right down the street from me until Tuesday. (Will be delivered Tuesday)

By far the shittiest costumer service I have ever experienced from any company. Customer service reps were rude and degrading when I was trying to fix a mess that they made. As far as costumer service goes they would be lucky if I gave them one star. Even after thanking them for their time even after they didnt solve my problem the rep hung up on me.

I wanted to talk to a human in the local office. All I kept getting was a computer voice that would not give me the opportunity to talk to a person.

This center is full not trusted mail driver, i lost 4 package in a year time living in largo, around $500 the last one was this month, i put the package in the mail box, and the driver looked it and never scanned the package, basically he stole my package a gold ring, went to post office to complaint, and like always they can’t do nothing about it, because there not tracking record.

I was afraid of having a bad service because of all bad reviews, but it turned to be real good. I’m so glad I had a nice experience instead.

People talking about being able to talk to a person on the phone. the number listed when you look it up is for the usps main phone number . Though it would be nice to figure out what happened to paperwork i paid for overnight shipping that just disppeared .

Extremely rude and or incompetent employees. The business has literally been smashed into by cars twice and they absolutely refuse to put up protective barriers. In summary, you will be treated like garbage and they literally do not care about your safety. Avoid at all costs.

When you do get a human on the phone, they may just hang up on you whenever they feel like it. They just ignore scheduled pickups and have no interest in satisfying their customers. Ive had nothing but great customer service here, and everyone is really friendly. My only complaint is it always seems like they are understaffed, so the line and wait time is generally long.

Messed our package delivery on 2 different occasions now in the last few months. Was guaranteedoing delivery for May 6th, now its saying it arrived at largo post office May 6th at 6 a.m but not being delivered until Thursday May 11th. No excuse for this incompetence. We were depending on this delivery and there is no reason to guarantee without it being true.

I have had my p.o.box for 6mths and this is the 2nd time a piece of important mail has been lost. Cant imagine how much other mail i do not receive?!? This mail I have recd monthly for the last 25 yrs and only ever lost 1 other time. Spoke to the man at the counter and I said I know it must be lost it comes like clockwork and his answer was well the clock will break eventually not what I wanted to hear.

Bad enough some one put in a fact forwarding address and seminole post office denies having it. but tryingf to talk with a supervisor in person for get they all these people who keep you from talking to them. and filing a complaint on line or directly to post mistress is a waste to. took 4 weeks to get the forwarding issue fixed. then once fixed. they still dont deliver the pain correctly. we even got a post office box. and the seminole post office now sends everything back marked undelivererable. they want to raise the rates to get better service. but they cant even do things right now. no one takes responsibility for the problems in the seminole branch post office in seminole flroida.

A package that was mailed to me has gone missing and I received little to no help in finding it. My friends who also live in the area have had similar incidents where their packages were misplaced in the wrong mailbox and somebody else claimed it.

Ive live at my address for over 25 yrs and have to say my carrier is the most unreliable person on the planet, my mail shows up at a similar address on a regular basis ( which knowing the differences is part of the testing ) today whomever it was delivered my Amazon Prime package 2 streets away! HOW? Its no wonder why they are slowly going out of business. USPS isnt what it was!
