Great experience with Steve! Called him yesterday about programming a key fob. He quoted me a great price and said he could do the work pretty much any day. I called him today after I received my new fob and he went out of his way to fit me in his schedule this afternoon. Recently I lost the main set of keys, (still have the second set)and needed to have a replacement made, so I contacted some Locksmith businesses and Mr McPick Locksmith responded right away, the other was not available for some reason. Steve came to my place of work and made the key in short amount of time. He attempted to program a new key fob, and while this did not work having to work with an older model, he was able to make a chip key. The cost was quite reasonable.He works fast and shows he has experience and expertise.

Steve answered the first phone call right away, told me he needed a hour to finish a job and head over, he got the information he needed before ending the phone call, he gave me updates and was here within the hour. We had a few difficulties on my side of the job with the key code not being available, he went got the correct key code from the dealership near my house and proceeded with a quick job. Steve is awesome. He tackled a difficult job as I wanted a Nest Yale lock customized so it could be custom installed into a 4x4 gate. Not easy when the Nest Yale lock is designed to fit on a 2 wide door and the lock mechanism had to be welded, extended, etc but still work and look good. Steve is very professional, courteous and he does a clean job. Messing up a $1,000 custom gate was not an option and Steve handled it like he could do it in his sleep. If you want the best, call Steve!

Steve not only showed up on time but the same day I placed the call.He immediately got to work on the task at hand. I requested four new sets of deadbolts / door knobs for a clients of mines new home. Once Steve saw the locks we already had in place, he educated us on the high quality (& expensive) locks we already have. He offered an alternative suggestion of simply re-keying the original locks and doors - so that the old key wouldnt work anymore and we saved about half the price it would of cost us to swap them will complete new hardware. Only took him maybe 15min, highly recommend.
