If you’re a small business and need to have locks re-keyed, don’t bother reaching out to this company. We had our locks re-keyed with them last week. Upon testing before tech left, our main lock was sticking. He worked a little more to what seemed like he “fixed” his problem, told us all was well and went on. Next day we arrive to unlock shop and lock does not work. Called and called with no answered or return calls. This was last Friday, we’re finally able to break ourselves in and they call about 4 hours later. Come and “fix” the problem again but now saying they prefer to rebuild the lock but want us to pay for their errors. Now arriving this morning to not being able to get in again and managed, Mark continually telling us to call if he doesn’t answer has not answered any calls this morning. Locked out of our business and losing money. Will they help, probably not. Steer clear if you need reliable help and a reliable locksmith.

I bought a piece of commercial property. Wanted to secure the building by changing the locks. Within one hour, Joe Beebe was on station, moving thru the building door by door. The keys just click smooth as a bank safe. I asked why his were so smooth and others you gotta jiggle and he smiled and said I take my time. Well every door works, they work right, dont have to monkey with it. Joe is the best locksmith ive ever seen.

Had locks to building re-keyed. Twice now have been locked out of building unable to work. Takes days to return voice messages. Extremely frustrating.

Complaint about Google. I have submitted (almost two months ago) the correct operating hours. I also submitted a photo from the door that says the hours of operation. Google notifies me that my photos are being viewed however they will not register my changes to the hours of operation. Needless to say I didnt get my keys done here because theyre not open 24 hours a day and theyre not open on the weekend

Great experience! After Ace hardware ruined my first set of blanks for my 08 Toyota, I got two more and came here to get them cut. Not only were they cut properly within about 2 minutes, they did not even charge! Will definitely return in the future should I need a locksmith again!

Largo Locksmith just charged my elderly mother $120.00 to install a inferior $3.00 lock. The tech ( who is very nice) was in and out in 20 minutes and took advantage of overcharging a senior citizen. Get a second opinion before using these price gougers.

Called at 10am for a lock change on new purchase. Paul was here in a couple of hours and done in 30 min.Highly recommend.

I have used this company for years for my business. However it appears that the business has new owners who dont have the same work ethic as the old ones. They came out to repair our door. We called them back because the door was still having issues. We called them back a third time - same issues and they havent returned our phone calls. We will not be using them again.

Huge Waste of time. 2 trys 2 weeks apart and guy could NOT rekey and reprogram a simple FORD F150. Ruined the first set of chip keys and blamed the blanks. 2nd set took 2 hours, guy doesnt know what hes doing, stay away.

Took one week to look at two of my locks from an older Ford, and I didnt hear anything about them. Had to call and then they told me they couldnt even figure out how to open the locks...VERY INCOMPETENT

Terrible service! Took lock in, they said it would be done in 4 days. I had to call them to see what was happening because I hadnt heard anything. They said they couldnt do it. Totally incompetent!
