Aaron takes great pride in his work (from item pick up to packaging and shipping) and it comes through; hell treat your items like theyre his own. First of all, the person I dealt with today was not wearing a mask, even though there is a county ordinance in Pinellas County requiring people to wear masks indoors. Second of all, I can not believe how rude and condescending this individual was to me. I had to drop off a package to be shipped via fedex. He would not give me a receipt for the package, which contained an iPhone, instead, just telling me to take a picture of the tracking label and that it would be picked up on Monday. When I asked him how I could be sure nothing would happen to the package, he told me he was the owner. When I pressed him, saying that doesn’t answer my question, and I need to know how I could be sure he or someone else couldn’t just take the contents inside, he rudely told me that I was insulting him.Here’s the thing about that. I am the consumer. You are the business. The onus is on you for explaining to me how the service works. Not only did you fail to do that (again, telling me that you own the place doesn’t answer the question), but you did so in a confrontational matter. After that exchange, there was no chance of me leaving the package in your care. Again, I never said that someone would steal something, I asked what would prevent someone from doing that. Next time someone asks you a similar question, you should try and alleviate the customer’s concerns instead of being insulted.I would not be writing this review for failing to wear a mask, or if the answer to my question was not to my satisfaction. I can accept that the service might be incompatible with my needs, at which point I would have just left and not thought about this incident again. However, the way I was spoken to is completely unacceptable, hence the review. If I were to speak to a customer like that, I would at minimum be written up for it. Must be nice to be the owner and not have to worry about that.EDIT:While the owner responded, the response that is being shown is the EDITED response. I am now including the ORIGINAL response that I received:First of all if you all wanted me to wear a mask then you all should have left some supplies on the shelves for essential workers instead of buying up all the toilet paper, paper towels, sanitizer, masks and so on. The governor passed legislation that you cant enforce and mask order I am not wearing a mask all day with glasses and no virus can live in a body with a basic alkalinity so the same thing Im doing to fight leukemia works for this. Next you only need your tracking number to track your package and we have a paperless login system and when I am the owner operator and you start saying something about stealing an item out of your package you are referring to me and that is an insult and I let you know that. Ive been here 15 years and served over 100,000 customers and I won best of Largo 2020 because of how well I handled my business over the years.

Not one person was wearing a mask inside this location. I cannot review their service because I immediately turned around and walked out. I do not care what is said about sterilizing in between or having an alkaline body; masks are the easiest way to reduce the infected droplets that leave when you have an infection.

I have used this private mailbox for several months. The owner and his employee are super nice, they have a great attitude, and they would do anything for you. Not to mention they both just have great personalities and are good people. On a scale of 1 to 10 this place is about a 13. No, I am not a relative or friend. Im just telling you the way it is.

Went to 2 UPS stores and called several others to pack and ship a large cedar chest to Chicago. No one could help. Then one place suggested Aaron at PAC n Send. When I called, Aaron said to bring it in and hed handle it. He did it without a problem! He polished it, bubble wrapped it and made a crate with foam lining for it. Hes so knowledgeable and so helpful. Ill definitely go there again and recommend him to others.

Aaron, the owner of Pac N Send, is very helpful and personable! Given the past experience I had here a few years ago dropping off DHL packages with what I thought were shipping labels (they were actually info for Aaron to enter into the computer for him to print out the actual labels; he straightened that out for me with a smile!), I decided to do business with Aaron again. This time, it was for receiving a package / envelope (mailed / shipped to the shops address). He charges $1.00 per package or envelope, a better deal than the UPS Store or FedEx Office, for times I cannot use a General Delivery address to a post office. The expected package arrived early, Aaron notified me of it, and I stopped by the shop to pick it up. Top-notch professional operation!

Aaron is awesome. Ive been there several times to do everything from notarizing to packing and shipping to dropping of packages and have never been disappointed or put off. He even gave me ideas that would cut my costs of shipping multiple products even though he gets nothing in return for it. He is a professional and is good at what he does. Ive been coming to this location for 12 years and have always been treated with respect and appreciation. I will always support my small business owners and avoid large corporate businesses. Aaron is very impathetic, courtious and genuinely happy to help with a smile on his face. As for disgruntled comments made regarding his personality, Ive NEVER experienced even a fraction of this but, then again, Im not a unhappy person whos impossible to please. Keep up the great service, Aaron! I genuinely appreciate you and the simplicities that you bring to little everyday errands and the multiple services you provide. My business has been relying on Pac N Send at Sebala Plaza in Largo since day first of our creation. I have always been very pleased with Aarons professionalism, dependability and trustworthiness. We used their Public Notary services several times. they receive our USPS mail, UPS and Fedex deliveries and pick ups, etc. In todays world where private mail boxes can be a risk to take for businesses, it gives me peace of mind to know that whether or not I have time to pick up the mail, I can depend on Aaron to keep it safe. Where else do you find service like that? AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Owner Aaron Yarbrough tried to TRIPLE-CHARGE me some bogus special handling fee. When I caught it, he removed two of them. He promised to secure the package, but never did. In fact, it arrived at its destination damaged, with several items valued at $180 never making it. He never responded to inquiries about tracking the package.Furthermore, note one of the reviewers is also a Yarbrough. Nothing like padding your businesss reputation by providing your own positive feedback, eh?Stay away from this business. Theres a UPS just across the street. I found this out a day too late.

Items smashed when received. Talked with the guy who packaged it and even though I put 200.00 insurance on it he acted angry and put out, told me I needed receipts for items although it was hand made and I didnt have receipts for individual items that went into the making. He told me now I ruined his safe packing record and all I wanted was return shipping for repair ect. He only gave me half of it when another customer walked in . He was VERY rude.
