Parking lot is too small for the Saturday traffic in this store, but everyone I have encountered in this store is polite and knowledgeable. I have never left without something I needed and I have learned to ask anyone for help. Even the front desk girl knew exactly what aisle I needed for replacement bifold closet door anchors. Check out staff is knowledgeable, too. I used their tool rental one time for a snake and they offered to show me how to use it and the tool return process was super easy.

Do NOT rent a Penske truck from this location. They called me to ask what my truck number was because they had no clue and now that my trip is over they dont have a card on file even though I have a receipt with an authorization number on it and all my paperwork. This location needs to either be trained to deal with truck rentals or closed down because they have no clue what theyre doing and it causes huge problems for the customers.(Edit) 2 months later Im getting calls again saying we didnt pay for our truck and had to send in proof to get it taken care of AGAIN(hopefully) this place really screwed us over.(Edit 3)3 months later I am now getting collection letters in the mail even after its been taken care of with proof that I owe $0. Corporate says this isnt the first time that this has happened at a Home Depot location.

Rental tool always brake! I should know better by now. They would not refund my rental.

Rented a huge van for far less than Uhaul and fit just as much! NO MILEAGE FEES!!

Tool rental is pitifully slow. Both pick up and drop off was an hour long process.

If you go to rentals ask for Vincent he is the man. If he cant help you no one can.

They have a little trouble quoting the correct prices.
