I called Max two days ago regarding my laptop cooling fan malfunctioning. I explained I was quoted a $250 minimum repair bill from the Geek Squad at BestBuy, but found him after a Google search.He quoted a savings over $200. Now when I am ashamed to admit I got the the address to meet him and was shocked it’s a house. However, he was polite and professional. He treated my laptop with care. He gave me my old fan and showed me the issue, plus he cleaned the inside.I apologize for my judging of the book by it’s cover, but Max treated me well. He knew exactly what the issue was and my computer is running smoothly. Do not let the cover fool you, Max does excellent work. Will definitely go back should any needs arise.Thank you Max.

Max extended himself with availability and knowledge, and really wanted my son to walk away with a great experience with the PC he serviced for us that we were gifted. My computer crashed, bought a new one at Best Buy. Geek Squad said it would take seven days to transfer data. I cant be without my computer that long. Googled computer repair came upon Maxs website and loved his extended hours. Called him he quoted a price and a time for me to deliver the new computer and the hard drive. My only request was when I get my computer home and open it, that it be EXACTLY the same as my old computer and particularly my antiquated money program. Not only did he accomplish this but he texted me a picture of my money program to assure me it had transferred. Within 24 hours my new computer was ready. I took a blank check just in case he charged me more than he quoted, but no the bill was exactly what Max had quoted. He now has a customer for life. Nice guy, great job. I highly recommend Max.

I have used Max on several occasions and he has been very helpful. He fixes things quickly and what he does works. I used another guy before him and it was a real nightmare so I was very apprehensive about trying again but Im sure glad I did and was lucky enough to come across Max. Max has also helped me with my cell phone and offered advice re: my Technology Management major.

Max came over at 8 PM to help with wifi networking problem at vacation rental condos. All was fixed within an hour including installing and configuring 2 new signal amplifiers.I have used Max several times over the past year and am quite happy with his service and response time.

I called to get a quote to possibly have the nvidia GTX 560M video card on my laptop replaced. The man answers Hello this is Mac. My first thought was that this was very unprofessional. A business answers the phone as a business, not as an individual. I confirm that its Computer Repair Clearwater and I tell him what I need anyway and he says Ive never done anything like that. OK... strike 2. Computer repair has never repaired a video card on a laptop. So he asks me what kind of laptop and I say Toshiba Qosmio X775. He says How do you spell that?. Qosmio is a pretty popular line of Toshiba laptops. How as a computer repair person do you not know how to spell that? So we jab back and forth for minute as I question his actual computer knowledge before finally just hanging up as I realized this guy is clueless. He then texts me and says youre a pretty rude person. I would not trust him. He lacks basic knowledge and Im guessing he just Googles his way along as he gets jobs.

Max is great he always response right away and is always able to get our office back up and running with out breaking the bank.

I was having trouble with my ancient desktop system and Max helped design a new custom system for me.
