I have been using inside homes for years. They have professional equipment and use cleaning solution that work waaaaay better than the stuff at the rental places. Another great thing is I dont have to blow a Saturday cleaning carpets. They also did a great job on our furniture and knocked out the car seats and carpet. When you like to be treated like family, call them. They are now family to me(nice family, lol). I always am left feeling good and a smile on my face. Oh, and I never have to worry about referring them out and being embarrassed, always friendly and professional. Aywho, that is my input, if they did not do a good job and treat me or the people I know and love with respect, they would never get a referral from me, it doesnt matter who they are or think they are. Left a message with a female about a tile cleaning need 4 days ago. I told her I had a time constraint & needed my tile cleaned in the next week. No one ever called me back. I was referred to this company by another locally owned company. I waited for a returned call but after 2 days, I moved on to another tile cleaning company and boy am I glad I did, my floor looks great...but not from Inside Homes.

Before RJ and Noah of Inside Homes arrived, I wasnt sure our carpets needed cleaning. When they were done, I was amazed. The carpets have never looked better, and they were dry in an hour or two. The price was fair and the techs were prompt, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Kudos to Inside Homes for providing a great carpet cleaning experience.

We had them come because we were selling our house. Thought I was going to have them just clean so it showed better and then give a carpet replacement allowance. After they cleaned it I decided it did not need to be replaced. It made a world of difference. Before you replace your carpet have them do it first.

Excellent service & overall experience (honestly couldnt have been better) - prompt/immediate response, much lower quote than another equally recommended competitor, and great attention to detail with numerous follow-up visits to insure that everything in the water restoration process was progressing properly/completely (even left equipment in place longer than the contract stated at no extra charge). Guys were friendly and very conscientious. They reviewed all the stuff they were going to do, and also asked me for their opinion as they completed the first room, which was a very high grade carpet. They did a marvelous job, and we will certainly use them again!

I was so disappointed in the job that was done on my tile floor. They painted my Grout and did a horrible job. There is grout paint all over my tiles it is a Mess !!! I get so upset every time I sweep. I have cancer and I am not able to clean it myself and take care of the situation and to find a professional to clean up this mess is impossible. I contacted the owner of the company and instead of taking care of the mess they sent me my money back. I didn’t want my money back I wanted the job cleaned up and done right.Then I called and explained the situation and the secretary said she would have the owner contact me and he never return my call. Don’t use them. The guy that did the job was very Rude, nasty and did a terrible job. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They are very unprofessional. You don’t need the stress.

Had Inside Homes come in to do our office carpets which hadnt been done in forever. They quoted us a fair price, showed up at the appointed time, and did a really nice job. We were very pleased with them and will use them again!

Would Highly Recommend Inside Home Cleaning. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job with both carpet cleaning and white tile. The product used to change the grout is priceless. Looks like an entirely different floor. I cant thank them enough.

Although overall the carpets look good there were two areas that were a disappointment. One area by the front door looks like it was missed completely. Another area that needed extra attention, only received a quick once-over. Im trying to sell my house and these two areas are definitely going to draw attention. The staff was very friendly and very courteous!

We hired them to clean the carpets in our vacant rental property. They were prompt to respond, guick to accommodate and did a wonderful job!

There were several large rust stains and they got them all out!!!! The carpets looked like brand new when they were finished. They also made sure the feet of the furniture were protected from the wet carpeting. Very attentive to detail. AND, they arrived on time as arranged. Great job!!

Sounded good on estimate when they walked through my house. I called to book and we set date. I was told to expect a follow up estimate with exact price (the guy jotted down prices on biz card) and shed send a pic of the workers coming. They never followed up or showed up. I didnt expect them to show up but they did drop the ball on this so I cant recommend them.

Inside Homes Carpet cleaning is the best. I was going to get new carpet in my house, but really couldnt afford it at that time. So I made an appointment with Rick the owner and he sent one of his guys out to clean the carpet.
