I just returned my Kia soul after having it two weeks. The rate is fine. Nice enough guys (Mo and Ibrahim) at first. BUT, about a week into the rental we got a lot of rain. On my way home the car would hydroplane and drift uncontrollably into other lanes. I discovered the cars two front tires were completely bald. I called and Ibrahim had me come in to replace the tires... I left work early to do so. The owner Ibrahim had the tires ready and paid to have them swapped out. Thats the first issue: RENTING A CAR WITH TWO BALD FRONT TIRES. AN UNSAFE CAR.ISSUE 2: I called Friday to let them know I wasnt able to return the car until Saturday morning as my wife was out with the other car at a doctors appointment. No one said anything about being charged an extra day, and at no point did anyone tell me there was a drop box for keys. I was at their office at 9:30 am the next morning, when they told me I was being charged the extra day. Mo had me take the car to get another $2 worth of gas with my wife and kids waiting. Admittedly Im very upset at this point. Ibrahim gets on the phone and I tell him Im not paying the extra day. I threaten social media posts detailing my experience and he proceeds to call me a tough guy and to come in Monday and talk to his face. In the end, they were holding my $200 deposit, so I had no choice but to pay the $40 extra for having the car parked at my house an extra night.I definitely should have paid more attention and checked the tires before renting the car, but the car shouldnt have been on the lot in the first place - in that condition.I guess I just expect a little more (in customer service) from a local business owner when we make a conscious decision to shop local vs going to an Enterprise for example.Unfortunately, Ibrahim will never have my business again. Make sure you perform a thorough inspection before renting a car from No Frills Auto. AND DONT FORGET ABOUT THE DROP BOX!

They were helpful and very friendly cheapest to rent a car when you come down to Florida. Clean car. For just getting a car its the best place unless u want to go pay high prices at the companys. Give them a try Im sure you wont regret it.

Abraham saved me! Spring break, needed a rental that day! no one else in the area would help. My second day on a new job, I had to have wheels! He waited for me till 6 PM and gave me a great price on a weekly rental. I STRONGLY recommend this business. They remember who is and how to treat their customers. Highly recommend. Great service. I flew in from New York hoping to get a rental from enterprise and they were all booked. So a a guy at the airport gave me no frills rental number not only did I get a car they brought it to the airport to me for free considering the circumstances

The car broke down twice that I had to fix myself. Tire had a nail in it when I got it that they didn’t tell me about I had to fix. I rented the car for 9 months I did all the oil changes and tun ups all while still paying the weekly amount the second time the tire blew I call the company to report it and they told put the spare on it had me drive on a spare tire two days then when they came to get the car to change tire they refused to give me a refund or my deposit these people are crooks and deserve to be exposed I have call the BBU and I went to the court house and file a complaint I highly suggest you keep all paper work when dealing with these people I have all texts and account transactions I will see you and court I’ll make sure you never take advantage of a struggling black family again

I had no idea how long it would be but the staff at no frills was great and worked with me on a length of rental for a great price. Nice cars as well. much better than big rental agencies

Very sexist and not empathetic to loyal customers. Abraham (whatever his name is) will lie and say youre not a returning customer even when you have receipts. I used them for 6+ years.He blames you for issues with the vehicle. Like a good example; the car overheated and quit working. He said I didnt put gas in the vehicle even though the gas light came on seconds before. In my 20 years of driving, Ive never had a car stop working once the gas light turns on.So he refused to return my deposit. All $250.00. So needless to add I will no longer use No Frills. I found something called Turo which is much more affordable and you get newer vehicles. No BS deposit.

Amazing experience from start to finish, Ibrahim was nice and trust worthy, rented a ford fiesta for a week and was pleased enough to extend and extra week, car was return quick along with the deposit, would highly recommend over the other more expensive places

This guy is a friendly person to friendly I may say now bad experience I got was he sold me a truck for $3,000 come to find out it was a lemon I spent over 4 grand in top of what I paid for. not even a week have gone into driving it it broke down. So dont trust his nice words that his game. Car he got there is broke down when he cant use it to rent out he quick fix and sell. BEWARE ITS A RED FLAG

I was VERY pleased by the price and level of customer service! Abraham was understanding of our needs and was very flexible with us. We thought that we only needed to rent a car for 3 days, it ended up being 2 weeks. Each time I called to extend I was told no problem. When we finally turned in the car I was expecting to pay a lot more (based on the daily rate I was given) but Abraham pleasantly surprised me when he gave me the lower weekly rate and saved us over $200! I highly recommend giving this place a shot if you need to rent a car.

No Frills is an excellent place to rent or buy a car. I have used them twice and it was the easiest rental I have ever had. I can say that if anyone puts a bad review here, it is a total lie and probably the person damaged one of the cars or some other thing. The prices are great, the service is excellent and you will get a friendly response. I would use this before any other car rental place in the Tampa Bay Area.

Abraham is the best we have been running cars from him for years.if you have friends and family in town and dont want to spend a ton on renting a car no frills is the place to go.they also have less requirements than other rental car companies as far as credit cards go.

Was very polite, helpful, with rental car help to Orlando Florida. We had a wonderful time.pricing was good,cars where clean,smoke free,and fun to drive. The sporty impala by Chevy made the trip enjoyable and we had no issues with the cars.we purchased two cars from this dealer and the financial services were fast,and impeccable. They also offer airport service portage service which was helpful for my trip up north. There was no hidden fees.

We rented a car from them for our vacation! I was very pleased with the service we received. Ibrahim went above his duty to make sure our experience was pleasant. He was great to work with on details of picking car up and returning the car. We were given 700 miles for the week & quoted a reasonable amount if we went over. He always returned phone calls even on the weekend within a reasonable amount of time. If/When we return to the area we will use them again.

Then when the owner responds to these bad reviews his comments are unprofessional, childish and hard to understand. Too many red flags to give this place any money.Good people should stick together and not go to places like this so that we can deliver a little Karma to the scum that keeps ripping people off.
