While they have good cabinets at good prices, their customer service is lousy. Trying to find out the status of your order is like pulling teeth. Even when the order is ready they don’t let you know immediately. So I usually have to call daily to find out what’s going on. Hope it improves as I’ve done business with them for over 10 years.

I initially purchased 4 cabinets for a large bathroom vanity. Nice cabinets, low cost. Great value! Quick turnaround. Only a few minor issues: One drawer cabinet arrived with the wrong assembly instruction sheet (Instructions for a WALL cabinet!); the other arrived with the wrong quantity of screws - missing some flat head screws for the corner brackets. Also, the correct instruction sheet showed a different drawer glide assembly and instructions than my model, along with a small set of larger screws that apparently were not needed, nor provided. I could not find an online video for my particular model, either. Fortunately, the design was intuitive enough for me to take a good guess, and eventually Kyle at the warehouse got back to me and was able to confirm it. I would rate this product and customer experience combination a 4.My experience with the local sales rep lowers my overall grade slightly to a 3. After completing the vanity, I wished to buy new cabinets for a 3-wall kitchen. The sales rep was reasonably helpful/quick to work with me, but she also seemed hurried, without seeking my opinion nor seemingly welcoming it at times. (Paraphrase: Why do you need a 36 sink cabinet? You dont need a large sink!) I wont go into details, but Ill summarize that I felt there wasnt time for answering questions or providing feedback when emailing final changes and questions. When I received what I expected to be a final price quote Wednesday, I was surprised to see it represented an early version of the design from a week ago - not reflecting the changes incorporated this week. I emailed back that evening a polite message explaining how the quote reflected an older version of the design, but as of early Friday afternoon, I havent received a response. Overall, I believe she always seemed hurried, which I can understand..., but as a customer about to pay over $3500, I didnt feel appreciated. I am detail-oriented, but I also try to be considerate to not waste anybodys time. Get it done quickly, but make sure I understand what I am purchasing.I will be going a different direction with my kitchen, now -- mostly due to a great deal I found elsewhere.Also not a fan of the constant 30% off Mothers Day Sale! emails. Only the Madison toffee-colored cabinets are 30% off (Cant imagine these are very popular?), while only one other style is included in this sale, at 5% off.

My husband and i wanted to buy cabinets for a bathroom vanity. We needed a 30 inch, 15in and 12 inch cabinets for our total vanity. We asked the person about the cabinets and she said would call us with a quote. We waited several days and no call came. We called a total of 3 times and finally was told they did not have them and it may be 3,4 or even 6 weeks before we could get them. We felt as though the amount of money we were going to spend was not worth her trouble even though we were ready to order. Went to cabinets to go and had no problems purchasing or getting the cabinets.

We have been directing people away from this company. We have been waiting over 5 months for one of our pantry cabinets to be delivered. In the rare event that we get ahold of someone to actually discuss our order, we keep getting excuses and being told someone will follow up with us and then no one does. One of our cabinets was missing screws and is close to falling apart, another has a door that doesnt hang right because it wasnt attached correctly, and one of our other pantry cabinets we received has the door attached on the wrong side of the cabinet. So far customer service has really been lacking and the fact that weve paid for something and then have had to wait for several months with no expected delivery date is just unacceptable. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered vanities for my bathroom online and waited for almost a month. I tried to call the warehouse in Largo but they didnt answer many times. After they answered the lady said there is 27 vanity is missing and will come and ship before the end of this week. I called her the day after the week and she said I didnt say that even she said that. She said the order now is ready and will ship same day. I called after 2 days and she said there is 30 vanity is missing and she didnt say the order is ready. I asked when will my order will be ready and why did you accept the order if you have items are missing but she wasnt nice at all and she said I dont know when we can get it. They are really doing a very bad business.

Ordered 6 and they shipped 3. In to week 4 now and no real definitive time for the delivery. Next time I will use a real store like Lowes or Home Depot.This is too stressful.

I needed new kitchen cabinets and a bathroom vanity and found Lily Anne Cabinets. Darryl Mears helped me design the perfect kitchen and vanity and they turned out beautiful! My contractor said the cabinets were great quality and blew Home Depots out of the water. The price is the best around and quality and design is 5 star. I recommend Lily Anne Cabinets to anyone looking for new cabinets. I cant say enough good things about Darryl who helped me along the way and was great to work with!

What a find! We were recommended this company by a client and really thought it would be strange to order cabinets via the internet. We got some samples and were impressed with the quality. We were very fortunate to have a cabinet man to work with; he ordered all the cabinets for us and had them shipped to his shop. He assembled them and delivered to us when ready. It was money well spent! The kitchen turned out beautiful and we recommend Lily Ann whenever possible. Our friends re-did their condo and used this company; they were very impressed with the quality and low prices.

The good folks at Lily Ann designed my new cabinets from photos and measurements I submitted. They allowed me to return my first order due to a misunderstanding about the type of cabinets I was ordering without a restock charge. I purchased the dove tail assembly cabinets and assembled them myself. The only cabinet which was somewhat difficult was the lazy susan corner cabinet because it has 7 sides. I purchased the actual rotating shelves from Home Depot. The 36 inch cabinet uses the 32 rotating shelves. The rest were a breeze. They are are solid and beautiful cabinets. I am totally happy with them and would refer anyone to do business with them. Really friendly and helpful sales people.

Love Lily Ann Cabinets, easy assembly!

Not in Tampa, as this ad states. They have multiple websites for their one location in order to look like they are all over the country. Just one example of their misleading tactics. They claim to make their cabinets when in fact they are all imported from China and it seems that just about every online cabinet company has the same selection but when you ask about it, they ignore or deflect. I chose not to buy from this company but a different online store that specializes in wholesale cabinets because they were honest and answered every question I had honestly without some shady response. The only reason I wrote this review was because I got a spam message from them asking for my review so I decided to write one. I suggest you find another wholesale cabinets online, I suggest that you find another company who specializes in them.

We shopped cabinets before using Lily Ann and could not be happier with our new kitchen! The quality of our cabinets, and the product knowledge of the staff at Lily Ann made our home renovation a dream come true! We recommend Lily Ann cabinets to everyone considering kitchen or bathroom updates!
