Jessica was absolutely fantastic! My hair was too grown-out for my liking, and she made it look fantastic for both me and the missus. Ive found my regular salon with this Supercuts!

This is my second visit with Mirela and I came away totally satisfied with her precision at my pixie haircut. I show up for my appointment after having washed my hair at home and Mirela cuts it dry with an occasional spritz of water on her tools. I’m making another appointment soon two weeks before my daughters wedding so I will have it just right for how I will style it for the event. Highly recommend.

Jessica made me feel so much better about my hair and look by the time I left. Im very self-conscious about my thinning hair and pretty much told her to surprise me, and I absolutely love it!

Every time Ive been there Ive got a great cut so far.

The quality of haircut was definitely not the greatest, however, Im giving another star because the stylist seemed decent. I always show three specific pictures (left side, right side, and front) to barbers of how I normally get my hair cut which they usually imitate without a problem (and thank me for making their job easy).I showed those same pictures of myself here and unfortunately, the haircut looked nothing like the pictures. Maybe I should have brought it up, but by the time he turned me around to face the mirror and get my glasses, it looked like little could be done at that point.TLDRIts probably worth it to find a slightly more experienced barber that will provide better quality for a standard cut. Went to Supercuts last night. Worst experience ever. Didnt get what I wanted. I was told Ill do what I want when I was explaining what I wanted. She dropped nearly 10 F bombs while doing my cut. She bad mouthed clients as they were walking in. She then chased one into the parking lot when he left instead of waiting. She was a bit unusual, to be nice. I guess it is a ponytail until I can find another place to fix this mess. Supercuts is a mistake I will not make again.

Took my two grandchildren there for hair cuts, girl and boy. When we first checked in one of the stylists was rude to my daughter. The two stylists that did the hair cuts were okay and they did a good job. The price was a little high for children and I asked the person cutting my grand daughters hair to wash her hair first but when he started he proceeded to just wet it down and I had to tell him again that I requested that he wash it. He had a slight attitude.

Robert cuts my elementary-aged sons hair. He is always very patient and friendly with them. One of them isnt the easiest kid to give a haircut to, but Robert does a great job. We consistently come here for that reason.

First visit, was looking for a new hair stylest, Robert did an awesome job, pleasure to work with. I am happy to find my new hair styles close to home. Thank Robert

The service at this location is great. Ive gotten my hair cut by just about everyone here, and they all do a fantastic job. However, Rob has been my go to guy for years! Hes always friendly, professional, authentic, and efficient. Its been obvious to me in the times Ive waited for my cut that Rob has a strong following from other customers as well, which comes as no surprise due to his contagious personality. From start to finish, every cut is easy and perfect. Looking forward to many more cuts!

Short walk-in wait, pleasant people and Robert uses my favorite hair serum P.S. I went to Robert with a bad hair day, honestly I looked like Disneys Merida when I got out of bed. So I scheduled a Supercuts shampoo and cut service with Robert online, I knew he could save this mess! It was my first time getting a shampoo service at Supercuts, and let me tell you, I was so happy I had reserved Robert ahead, he puts you at ease and takes extra care to help you feel pampered and relaxed. His hands are better suited for us all with the thick/long hair and his pressure was on point during the scalp massage.Book Rob today, you wont regret it!

I usually go to sports cuts but they were very busy so I went to Supercuts didn’t think much of it I hated it so much my barber his name is Rob he was the only one there I can tell he was rushing because there were three people after me he was very aggressive to my head didn’t ask much questions until the end then I realized I hated it I’m too nice to be complain but it’s whatever I guess Hair will go back

Dakota is the best! I love coming here to get my hair cut. Dakota has some seriously fantastic skills with hair cuts and styling. She listens to what you want and she delivers a great cut every single time I go. 5 stars all the time!!!

It was nice to go in there over a couple years and see mostly the same faces. A hair cut place without a turnover says something to me about how well that place appears to be run.I think my longest wait really was 15-20 minutes as a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon. Thats not bad either.

Very Rude! I was a regular here, now I go directly across the parking lot “Hair Cuttery”! It is MUCH cleaner, the people are very nice and do great work. They even shampoo your hair for the same price as SuperCuts When you walk into a place of business and get ignored from someone for 5 min right in front you, and when you finally speak up and say HI can I get checked in? The Spanish hair dresser finally turns around and says “there’s a guy in the back, but I don’t know” then turned back around and ignored me for 5 more mins until I walked out....And I had an appointment! But I went across the parking lot and got much more value for my money.

Supercuts is Absolutely Fantastic! Evelyn is the gal to see! Shes been doing my hair for 8 years and everytime Im on my way I have a great big smile on my face. It reminds me of that song Just to See Her because she knows what I like, makes me feel welcome, like her chair is just for me, even makes suggestions of things I might want to try and when she starts, its effortless. My hair feels like butter through her fingers, shes precise and most of all kind.Dakota, the Store Mgr and Rob and the other staff members make me feel welcome as well. Everyone treat me as family and the store is overall family like, everyone gets along well. I got my hair cut on 3/6/18 by Leah and she did an amazing job!!! I was very pleased. She was very polite and is skilled in her trade!!! All my friends and family love my new do, and I recommended they go see her for a haircut if they need one ever!

May not of gotten my hair done all at once. But the advice they had for my style will save my hair from damage. In two weeks Ill have it completely done. Great job guys. My mom loves her hair too.

Very condescending stylist. I tried to explain what I wanted multiple times but the stylist (guy with a ponytail) cut me off, treating me like a kid saying hell get to it. He never did, he did absolutely minimal amount of work giving me a straight haircut all around. I specifically asked for side bangs but he never did anything to the front of my face! After being cut off multiple times when I tried pointing him in the direction I wanted, I just gave up. Cant stress enough how rude and condescending he was. He couldnt wait to kick me out of the chair.

My wife went to get her hair cut at this salon.She ask for a regular shape up.She came back home about 45 with her hair looking as if she had not gotten anything done.The hair was not looking before she leftShe told me that they said they do her type of hair, so she allowed them.I was very disappointed when I saw her.She expressed her disappointment to them as well. I am surprised that they seem not to be well rounded, in workingOn different hair textures . In this day and age as all Beauty School educate on. Nothing to do with race but lacking basic skills. If I could I would give this salon a minus star because they actually took the money knowing they screwed up.

Customer service was great and I thought my hair was fine when I left. Im too shy to say anything against someones abilities. My hair was a year overdue for a trim(growing out a pixie with curly hair, and havent wanted to risk anyone touching it). I usually get long bobs with layers to ease in growing out. My hair is now a glorified long mullet with uneven layers. One side is longer than the other, and the graduation from the front to the back is ugly and the back of my hair needs to be chopped off. The cut on the ends is choppy and uneven, and I am forced to wear my hair in a pony tail untIl I can get it cut up to the first layer ( above my chin). I have spent 3 years growing out my hair only to have it ruined by this place, and I feel as though i shouldve just trusted my gut and waited for my regular salon although expensive...40 dollar hair cuts are worth not have to chop off your hair because someone butchered it. Thanks a lot, good thing a short cut will help me in the summer heat.

Got my sons hair cut there. The lady doing it acted like it was an inconvenience. She had to run next door to got shopping real quick, while at work. Did a bad cut, hands down. Should had pulled the plug after the run next door bit. Will not go back there. Not all the stylist are bad, but cant get to pick your stylist either.

Disappointed, usually am happy with a haircut from Supercuts, but I wont come back to this location. I asked for a simply to have my hair trimmed with shorter layers. She trimmed and kept the layers long.

Robert is great; LOVE the Mitchell detangling products! Also look for the occasional flyer for a $7.99 haircut (I left mine at home, but saw one in my mail flyer).

Got more than I went in for. Extra I didnt ask for. Not happy. Asked for cut and highlights. S/B $45 and $18. She did extra color on roots that I didnt ask for and the charge just shy of $20 to blow dry. Was almost $140, cut sown to $112 after I complained. Just be up front. Not happy at all.

It was a fluke I went to this location. My husband was having eye surgery a couple of miles away and I was so disappointed with a cut I had received from the Aveda school a few weeks prior. I went in, no appointment, and Carla helped me. She didnt need me to tell her what was wrong with my cut. (my hair is fine and only does well very layered/texturized/short.) When I began explaining what I wanted, she picked up immediately and stated the cut I was given fr. Aveda was the wrong cut...and began to give me a pixie...WHICH I LOVE. Especially in this Florida heat, it was perfect. Now I need highlights and will be calling tomorrow as I see theyve already closed for today.

Worst hair cut ever. He was pushy and rude...treated me like a kid. Talked like a robot. Was very rough with clippers and kept thumping my head with comb. When finished it looked nothing like I had combed my hair....nearly scalped me and there was no shape to hair. No tip cause I should not have even paid....that bad!

I was looking for a place to get my hair cut. Last time I went to a salon fantastic Sams burnt my forehead with a curling iron and seen they had a 4.1 review so I put my trust in them and completely satisfied. Will be using them from now on.

Ask for Robert!!! He was a true expert, friendly and professional, and knew exactly what I wanted and what clippers and product to use to give me that cut. Ive never felt so confident and happy with my look.

Horrible experience. They nearly shaved all my sisters hair off and when I called corperate they said theyd call back in 48 hours. Here I am 6 freaking days later and still no call back. My mother and I have both gone with simple requests of a straight cut and even that was a bad experience. Staff is mostly rude in here and act as if their time is more important than yours. Overpirced and maybe consider going somewhere else if you want you hair to look good.

I will never be returning to one of these facilities in the future. I am extremely unsatisfied. I came in feeling unhappy with myself. Ive been suffering from Seizurers over the past month and wanted to trim up my hair and get a style out of it. I feel Robert did not take the time to fully understand what I wanted done, he told me he was only taking an inch off. He cut off all of my bangs and gave me the haircut of an 80 year old. Im 21 and my appearance means a lot to me. I feel he completely ruined my hair. When I told him that I looked like an old lady the only thing he did was offer to brush it back and give me a hot towel. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. For someone that has been working with Super Cuts for 8 years and has been a stylist for 11 I had a way higher expectations. I cannot express how EXTREMELY upset and unsatisfied I am with this service. I know that the stylist knew that I wad upset with the hair cut I was given. I feel he shouldve taken AT LEAST the time to at least attempt to fit the cut. Or apologize. I was literally crying in his chair, and at the register. I regret even paying and tipping him for this horrible service. I hope that in the future these Stylists will take more time to fully understand what their clients want.

Terrible experience! The lady didn’t even say what her name was. I guessing it’s Leah ! She told me my hair was dirty and it wasn’t even dirty I had no dandruff all I had was oil in my hair! I said 2 inches and she cut it all the way to my shoulders !

The lady told me she could cut my 2 year olds hair. We got him in the chair. She didnt say hello or give him a chance to get comfortable with the situation. Just grabbed the shaver and went at him. He then started crying and she would start and stop until began trying to turn away. The whole cut barely lasted 5 mins. What he ended up with looked awful!! Like a bowl cut shaved on top of his head. Her suggestion to us was to wait until he fell asleep in the car seat to try to fix it. She still charged us full price and was displeased when I refused to tip her.

Just got another AWESOME and perfect hair cut from my favorite stylist, Dakota on Saturday.💙 Ive been going to her for longer than I can remember and refuse to let anyone else touch my hair since Ive found her. She always knows exactly what I want and has worked with me when I wanted to try something new or different (which isnt very often). She puts up with my stubborn, OCD, pain in the butt like a champ! 😁 I really feel like weve become friends at this point. Shes always bright and shining anytime I see her.The app is also great! It lets me see who will be there, what time slots are available and I can check in. Easy peasy!!!The only time Ive ever had to wait more than a minute or two (Im usually a few minutes early) was the time I went without checking in on the app first. But even then it wasnt more than maybe 15 minutes because there were people ahead of me, which is completely understandable! I just went shopping a couple of stores down to kill some time.I always recommend and refer my friends to Dakota if they mention needing a haircut or are looking for someone new.The salon itself is also always clean, neat and tidy with a great selection of products. There are often really good sales. BOGOs, buy one get one half off, etc.Seriously people, Dakota and this location are the best!!!!
