Arrived at 2 pm , waiting for cargo arriving at 6 pm.

Very unprofessional, dont try to use this company.II can not get anybody on the phone . This company is pure BS!!!!!!!

Worst shipping experience ever! Ordered TV from Dell on December 3rd. Tracking showed it made it half way, then stopped. Pilot didn’t know where it was. Re-ordered on Dec. 23rd and asked Dell to use a different shipping company. They said they had no control over that. Just my luck, Pilot Shipping again. Same experience. Tracking shows it was shipped never arrived. 6 weeks later, still don’t have a TV. Was suppose to be for a Christmas gift. Maybe it will show up by next Christmas!
