If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had a 7am Saturday appointment with them, so I got to the property at 6:30am. No one was there, the gate was locked, and no one would answer the phones. Security guard came at 8:30am and told us to check in at door 11. The door was closed and had to wait till 9am for someone to come out. They gave me a door, started unloading. Halfway through they stopped and said they had to make room in the warehouse for the rest of the stuff. Finally finished the unload at 10:20am. Oh did I mention I had another pickup appointment in Laredo at 9:30am that I’m now going to be around and hour late for.Don’t give early appointment if workers and supervisors aren’t going to show up for them.

Nice and nice

So slow. Four different people looked at the documents and left with a sage look. Almost no one speaks English. 5 pallets thought how to unload 2 hours. They work very slowly.

Terrible place despotic razists and rude employees

Supervisor Joe Campos super slow seems to not know what he is doing. He spends talking with forklifts instead of working. The forklifts likewise lower a pallet, throw their talk 5 to 10 minutes after another pallet. Suuuper slow.
