Took 3 hrs to get unloaded. Check in with gaurd. Hell assign you a door. Forklift guy will let you know when hes done. Drive back to gaurd shack. Get your bills and get out of dodge.

Tight docks opens 9 am.,always busy..

Open 9 am FCFS get there early and park by the gate , because each morning 15-20 comes to drop a load here. But they unload fast

First part you must have a mask. Not a face shield or a NBC filtration gas mask. Second, the office people are literally as rude as you can get them to be. They make Boston people sound pleasant. Third, I checked in at 08:30 this morning its 2:24 pm and they still struggling to unload 6 pallets. The border cities in Weslaco, Pharr, Del Rio literally no how to unload and load a trailer with reasonable speed. Lumper fees are strictly cash only. Minimum is a $100. No EFS chek and no credit cards. they use the excuse that the USDA inspector is extremely busy. There is no sense of urgency. Some one could be hurt and the response time well lets say you would end up calling the coroner. If I had a choice of coming back here with a higher pay or take a cheap freight out. I would choose a cheap freight out just to move into a better spot. Turtles moved faster than here

Overnight parking okay, tight to park. As soon as they open the gates they let around 8 trucks in, one after the other! 😳 Its like a feeding frenzy trying to back up to the docks! 😵🔙😅 Once I was docked it probably took around 45min to an hour to start getting unloaded. 😁😎😚🥰🤗

Was told to park in center lane so as not to block the gate, then in am made to move. Then they took trucks ahead of me. Guess its required to speak spanish to be treated fairly!

2 stars only because they have truck overnight parking, 9:15AM on a Monday and the gates are still shut, rude folks working here, favoritism for the drivers they know. Manger is no better than the shipper/receivers.... Grupo Castaneda must do something about this...
