This place is crazy busy! But, the guards are extremely nice and helpful.They do get you in a door right away and try to get your trailer loaded as quickly as possible. Just be careful when walking because these drivers do not pay attention!

Busy place hard to find a spot to drop your trailer if its a drop and hook but the people are helpful and very nice!

Waited here for 13 hours for a pick up… bad service and really really slow workers.. the only guy I give credit for is the security guard. He’s a nice guy.

I only had 3 pallets, it took over 2 hours to unload.

Got in early, threw some numbers at a kiosk, got docked, staff is friendly, couldnt care less whether they pay detention as my company will pay me for it regardless so if Im here all day fine Ill get paid to play call of duty and my dm will explain to receiver why Im late.

Theres a really handsome dispatcher that made my visit worth it

If you need a trailer moved get a yard dog. Empty trailer dropped everywhere. . Got loaded quick after getting a door.

Thank you for the review on tbe Drop trailer. Yes open 24 hrs for drop trailer. Thank you to the night sec. guard. Great communication, easy instructions. Make sure to tell them WHERE you dropped your trailer (slot no.), on the way out. And yes, most communications in Spanish, but, most of the folks do speak English and can get their point across to you. I have done live unloads here and yea..... it can get a little time consuming. But, there are several other places in the US, that are the same or worste. Part of the job guys.Thank You.Hope I come back soon!!

I was there for over 4 hrs to get something off my truck that took literally 10 min because they were waiting on another truck that never showed up. Worst recievers Ive ever been too.

The staff of Receiving Dept was grossly incompetent. Waited over 3 hours to unload when I was the first driver in line, because they couldnt operate their computer software search function in a minimally competent manner.During that time I was told:1) We cant find your expedited load in our computer and cannot unload it until we find it.2) Our computer shows your load delivers in two days. You will have to wait until then, but you cannot leave our lot to eat, refuel, or sleep once we have fingerprinted and photographed you per instructions of Homeland Security.3) Sit down and shut up. We dont work for you, you work for us. Youre nothing but a sorry excuse for a driver, old man. (I was then threatened with arrest if I tried to leave in my vehicle with the load they had repeatedly refused to accept.4) This crowd needs to: a) learn English; b) learn what the US Constitution says about due process; c) learn what Texas Law says about Communicating Threats under color of law.5) Whichever insurance company insures these clowns for liability ought to have their Risk Managers ass explain why he can continue to cover this company for the gross incompetence of their employees. This bunch of goons is a class action lawsuits waiting to happen.

Poor customer service at Warehouse 1, staff cannot communicate properly with drivers and most of the time they seem to be talking about other things not work-related and drivers sometimes take up to 4-5 hours to able to load/unloadNo sense or urgency whatsoever

They unload me for 20 minutes but I wait for my paperwork 3-hours dont move you truck just stay at the door and take BOL

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst company ever!!!! No addresses and they get mad at you when you can’t find any of their locations that are hidden in plain site. They are rude to truck drivers, leaving their clocks running for hours while they ignore you when all your trying to finish deliver their products. Horrible customer service and I’m surprised they’re even in business.

They really need to read and think about what they advertise... Especially the Customer Service part... Ooohhhh wait.... I guess that doesnt apply to drivers who bring goods to them..No matter what order you come in there are those that get taken ahead of others. If you speak their language you seem to get preferential service (at least that is the impression that is given). Got here at 0715 got to dock at 1000 got unloaded and signed papers at 1130 (Keep in mind it is a straight truck with 6 pallets).Not to mention that signage for location SUCKS.. Unless you KNOW where the place is you run the risk of missing it..

Man I was reading one of the things a guy was saying on here about this company being racist,At first I didn’t, i drove of with out a load today,I was getting wishywashy info for hrs, I grew up in Texas and can kinda understand what they were saying. Don’t do this place, make them struggle man.Dude is being straight up, they don’t like white people here. Avoid it you’ll loose hours and hours and what there doing is draining your wallet.

Waited 5 hours before I was told that they could not locate my freight. Turned out that they had loaded the merchandise onto another truck the day before.Expect to be here a few hours as they are overbooked with work resulting in an incredibly congested property with trucks coming in n out.

The most inept company you could hope to deal with! I dont understand how they are still in business. They load the wrong materials. They take forever to load or unload blowing protect times with no concern. They play videos in the office about attitude and integrity but dont manifest it in their daily operations. The management hides behind glass, that tells you everything you need to know! I was going to comment on their Facebook page as well but it wont load, defective like the rest of their operation!
