Daryl effected a repair to my 5 year old laptop, and then did a diagnosis as to its performance. There were other issues, to which he suggested solutions, including upgradeing to W 10. The machine now runs so much faster and better than W 7. Daryl is a very honest person, thus I avoided the cost of replacing the laptop. Daryl was able to help me with a computer issue I had before finals-week, my computer crashed and I didnt know if my files could be retrieved and desperately needed help fixing my computer right away, I called Daryl and took him my laptop and he was able to fix it overnight and was ready by the next day, he was also able to retrieve all the files I thought got deleted onto an external hardrive so that was a major plus for me cause I thought everything I had was gone forever! He also went ahead and downloaded an antivirus protection software that I didnt have to pay for for my computer in case anything happens in the future regarding viruses or spyware.
