Worst service... paid for the detailed cleaning for interior and exterior and they left water spots on several areas, trunk wasnt vacuumed, and left some seats dirty. Besides all that they tore my drivers seat. At the moment I was told that it would get fixed, but the following day the manager was quick to claim the car is old and it was wear and tear or that it was already like that when I took the car therefore they wouldnt take responsibility at all.**Take pictures of your vehicle before you let them take it, just in case something similar happens.**

As far as money goes you get what you pay for. Was told my truck was ready and I ended up cleaning the places they missed.

Very very nice helpful people who will assist you in any type of concern or question relating to any type of product they have, even if they do not they will suggest another place that might have said product i really do highly recommend every type of person visit here

I was very disappointed with my last visit to Monkey Shine. I paid $45 expecting a decent cleaning inside and out. I could not believe the lack of work ethic and lack of pride in the work done. I asked the crew to clean my car from the inside a second time and could not believe my eyes when for a second time I was again terribly disappointed. I doubt I go back to Monkey Shine in Laredo. Managenent at Monkey Shine should be ashamed!!! I will admit that I have had better experiences in the past, but their was no excuse for what I experienced this past weekend.

Stoped by at 8:40 am, employees standing around, car was closed. This place sucks.Waited for 15 minutes only to have them open the lane next to me and allow 2 cars to go ahead of me . When I finally got through the wash, I had bough thr $20 versión and no one came out to dry my car. Left with watermarks all over the car. Also, Getting into the parking lot Can be a challenge if you don’t know the layout. Wait times are generally super long and when they wash your car there are generally still bugs and other large spots that they did not get clean. Interior cleaning leaves much to be desired as there are usually still many spots that the folks cleaning the cars miss. Oil changes are expensive.
