Rob has been nothing but helpful, When taking my PC i assumed the worse possible answer. He immediately diagnostic my computer and found a solution, other than the computer part itself he charged me nothing to look at the computer and than a very small fee to do the replacement. I was told by another compter repair place that my main board was shot and to just get another laptop. Took it here for a second opinion, it was just bent prongs in the computer jack and it works great now.

Not happy. Rob fixed my computer and took my money but failed to inform me that the computer iOS system is very outdated. He should have told me to move on to a new computer.

Rob was great. We are a small business office and were in a real bind. It was a Friday; I called another computer company in our area and they could not come out until next week. In the meantime, our VOIP phones and internet were down which meant we couldnt take care of business. I saw Robs company on an internet search, he had five stars from all reviewers so I called him. Rob came out right away, it was a difficult problem and he made sure it was fixed before he left; he even went to the store to buy a switchbox that was needed. Robs fees are extremely reasonable; the other company charges so much more. Rob did extra work that he didnt charge us for; he is very knowledgeable we are thankful for his help.

While I have had quite a background in computers Ive gotten a bit rusty over the years when it comes to repairing PCs. A few months back I found my PC was really starting to act up. And as time wore on it kept getting worse and worse. Fearing I had a HD about to crash I headed over to Robs. Rob dug into it, found that somehow the system got corrupted, so he reloaded it and checked it out and I was good to go. Thanks Rob.
