I love the lady that works here i forgot her name. But she is so awesome. Keeps the place clean. sanitary and stays on top of things.I like the washers and dryers. I can throw 8 loads in the one washer which is nice because I can just do one big load. Dryers dry very fast and my clothes come out smelling good every time. 5 stars in my book. Most laundry mats in lansing are so gross and don’t really make you feel like you or you’re clothes are clean leaving but Wave-max definitely gets a AA++ in my book.

I have been coming to this new location and I am nothing more than pleased with this facility! The laundromat is always neat and clean when I arrive. The machines are always wiped off with no residue showing that the staff is on top of sanitation for their customers. Even the public restroom is up to par! The weekday manager is always kind and polite, assuring the best customer service that I have received at a laundromat. The rewards program is absolutely wonderful while using the app. I’m not going to another facility as long as WaveMax is available.

Immaculately clean, helpful staff, plenty of machines. Had a minor issue with the laundry pay app. Staff took my info so I would still get points.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Place is kept very clean and neat. A wide range of washer sizes and very affordable. They even sell detergent and softener if youve forgotten your own. The app makes it even more helpful to keep track and be able to pay without fishing for quarters.

Cleanest and most friendly Laundromat Ive ever visited. Machines are super fast, they have all different sizes and prices are very reasonable. The staff was extremely helpful in figuring out the best machine for my king size comforter and it was washed and dried in 45 minutes. Great experience and I will definitely come back.

I have been SO impressed by WaveMAX! My washing machine crashed on me, so had to head to the laundromat for the first time in a long time. This place is GREAT! Its right around the corner from me, all the machines are new Electrolux models. Theyre VERY efficient, VERY fast, and VERY fairly priced. As an example, I washed AND dried all of my bedding, including comforter, in under and hour, for about $6.00. The place is kept super clean, and staff are all very friendly and pleasant to spend an hour with. Highly recommended, if you need their services.

WaveMAX is by far the best laundromat in Lansing. I love that they have an app that you can use to pay with a debit or credit card. Super convenient. Plus you earn loyalty points that you can use to pay for your laundry! The only laundromat Ill ever go to from now on🙌🏼

Place is clean, machines work great, quiet which is soooo nice. Staff wear mask and are covid compliant. Atmosphere is nice and I now come here often. I would recommend this place. Also they have an app that you can use to pay for washer and dryers, they offer drop off laundry service. They sell some soaps behind counter and have soap and snack machines. They have bathroom for use as well as an ATM, change machine gives quarter and gold dollars.

This laundry mat is so clean and spacious. The woman working was wonderful! Shes very helpful and knowledgeable about the machines. This is mine and my Husbands first time here and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Its a nice clean place. Not overwhelming with people on Saturdays. For washer theres alway a size that work for you or price. Also you have the option to drop off laundry if push come to shove. So color me impressed.

Very clean. Lots of machines to choose from. My only complaint is the customer service from one of the regular lady workers at this laundry mat. Ive said good morning, no response. Put tip in jar, no thank you, told her as I was leaving Thank you & have a nice day, still no response. Came back in this morning to do my final loads and same attitude as yesterday which seems to be only towards me because Ive been watching and listening. Other people say hi and good morning or what not and they get a response, but not me 🤔. Ill be sure to leave her a single pennie today rather than the usual $5 I tip. 🖕🏼 You too lady!

It’s great! Their machines are clean and using the app is so much easier than dealing with cash and quarters. Their wash and fold service is out of this world. I drive out of my way to come here.

Clean, spacious and the washers are in great working condition, the dryers get hot fast. Highly recommend going there to get your clothes washed.

There are so few folding tables and they are set no where near the dryers. They have no extractors and these brand new machines don’t extract well at all. The place is very clean. However, the attendant was doing no sanitizing at all. This was very disturbing to me. She kept her chair warm and had plenty of down time to do so. The prices are quite high considering how long everything takes to dry. Overall I would give the place 2/10 stars. Just not impressed overall.

Came here to wash my big blanket. I dont normally use laundromats but this new one is fabulous. Its very clean, affordable, and friendly staff!!! Will definitely return

This place is so nice! It’s super clean and the staff are so friendly one of the ladies saw I was bringing my laundry in and she was right at the door with a basket to help me! This is my new go to laundry mat!!!

The owner welcomed me and explained the cost and usage of the machines. I also noticed that the owner cleans and sanitizes after every customer. The prices are great even considering its brand new, cheaper than the other run down laundry mats. They have 2, 4, 5, and 9 load machines starting from $2.25-$8.50. And its a quarter for dryers.

This is my 5th or 6th time at wave Max I love it the staff is friendly the place is clean. The machines are easy accessible Im handicapped and an electric wheelchair the staff is more than willing to help with things that I cannot do. I usually go in the mornings and through the week early like at maybe 11:00 11:30 Im there I leave at 2:00pm and I just love wave Max laundry would recommend it as a place to go and clean your clothes to anyone

This is the newest laundromat in lansing. Nice, CLEAN, bright lights and friendly staff. I love that you can pay for the machines using a downloadable app. No more having to worry about the machines spitting back your quarters although, they do still take quarters and dollar coins if you prefer the old school method. They even have an ATM inside. I will keep coming back for my weekly laundry trip. Try it you wont be disappointed!

The lady that’s working right now is one of the most rudest associates this laundromat has I come here all the time and this will be the last time because of her customer service or should I say lack of customer service she’s too busy talking on the phone then she has to wipe down counters give change or sell me laundry detergent, if she doesn’t like working with the public maybe she shouldn’t
