Newer location on the West side of Lansing. Plenty of free parking. The office is easy to find using the building directory. Friendly staff.

I generally dread going into the Frandor Secretary of State. I arrived today not knowing I needed an appointment or the necessary paperwork for a title & license plate change. I decided to go home and figure things out online and must have left looking confused, because DK Security Officer Nykita followed me out to ask if I needed help! Officer Nykita, you made my day AND the process so much easier. Thank you!

The lady there was very helpful and understanding of my issues with scheduling for my fingerprinting appointment. They are currently hiring however it is only part-time.

Great experience, was in and out in 10 minutes or less, covid guidelines were taken seriously with a temp check at the entrance, and staff was friendly and helpful.

Printing was quick and efficient with an online appointment. A little pricier compared to other options, but felt super safe during covid.

DK Security has been a great company to work for over the past 12 years! The company has offered many promotional opportunities and has treated me well over the years. Great family atmosphere. Fun place to work!

Unorganized company fom top to bottom.Theyll screw you over just to please their contract with the company they are working for. Work is not always promised.

Was actually looking for a separate business within so nothing against dk security. Super hard to find and no signs or way of knowing where it was... the staff was quite rude and didnt really care how long anyone waited.

Came in for a interview, they could have told me in person , I didn’t apply for no event job so why call meIn knowing that all y’all had available 🤨

Terrible. Security guard at van andle near red hot chili peppers bus was harassing fans. Pretty bad service

I do not get paid what I deserve based on my education and work experience. Go to college they say, for what? To pay student loans and get paid nothing.

It was an okay time there, but unfortunately their system was updating and I didnt know my fingerprints were not sent until a month later. They refunded me and were very professional but it was not convenient at all.

If you dont want benefits, 40 hours, and to get treated by a company that doesnt care about you, then work here!
