At the holiday inn hotel I was staying at the elevator was the slowest thing I’ve been in. Also the ride was bumpy and I felt my safety was in jeopardy. I feel it is not suitable for handicap due the small size of it. If a family of 4 had all their luggage I don’t think they would be able to fit because of the small size of the elevator. If you go to a hotel and see an Otis, I advise you take the stairs. It will save you time.

These Otis elevators are terrible! While I was at my hotel my elevator broke mid ride and I was stuck in it for 2 hours. If I ever have the choice of taking an Otis elevator or taking the stairs I rather takes the stairs. Also when I called the company I talked to someone from the company in Lansing and they said very rude and disrespectful things to me and my wife. Who ever reads this comment I advise that you take stairs instead of an Otis elevator.
