Got my computer running in true firm again! Very reasonable price!

I just needed a simple job to remove a stripped screw, and they did it without issue, even when I had begun to lose hope of unscrewing the blasted thing. I was impressed and happy with the service, and they were generous enough to not charge me.

Dan knows his way around computers. He installed a new hard drive in my laptop and kept me informed every step of the way. Im very impressed with this company. Brought my laptop to them and they figured out it had bad RAM which to them was a simple fix and no charge to me!! This place is great. My computer at work crashed, I took it right in and the owner fixed it while I waiting. Took him 15 minutes and he charged really reasonably!!! This is the 2nd time we have went there - again a great place!

Great customer service, fairly priced, and the owner seems to actually care about customers. I havent had too many great experiences at the big box stores, so I figured I would try a local business instead. I will never go back to those big stores, PC Perfect is way to go.

These guys know what they are doing. If you take your rig in theyll give you a free diagnosis on it.I haveno luck. I burned through my graphics card and bought a replacement from eBay(which didnt work). I took it to these gentleman to be sure. And I was right.Bought a second, completely different card from Amazon...didnt work.I had managed to buy two cards that werent any good. PC Perfect sold me one of theirs for a better price than Id find anywhere else.Shes running like a champ now.Great service and great prices here.

Awesome place! Every place we called wanted nearly $100 just to walk in then charge for repairs. While my experience still stands my Daughter as also had a great first experience. She took her laptop back last Fall now he says they have no record and cant find it. Unfortunately they didnt provide a receipt and she trusted them so shes apparently out of a laptop that needed minor repairs.

Sevond time Ive trusted Dan to fix problems with my wifes computer.Second time he came through with a good job at a fair price.This one was more complicated, after she spilled something & fried the motherboard & keyboard, so it took a bit longer waiting for parts delivery, but he got the job done on budget.Cant underestimate how important his work has been to my wife--shes partially paralyzed, in a skilled nursing facility, so her laptop is her big window to the world, & essential to her avocation as a highly skilled successful published poet, working hard to finish her fifth published collection.Thanks Dan, for a great job well done!

Brought in my gaming rig after having issues booting. Dan showed me what steps to take to check what the possible issues might be. Found out it was some dead RAM, and they didnt charge me anything for the diagnosis. I will always take my stuff here for that reason alone (luckily I havent had any major problems, but I would trust these guys to do the job). Great customer service on the phone too.

These guys are great. I had gone there a few times not knowing whats wrong with my computer, they diagnosed for free (MSU computer store charges $60+!) and they have VERY reasonable prices for repairs. 100% recommend.

Spilled a bottle of water on my laptop and brought it here a week later after returning from my vacation. They have wonderful customer service! They took my laptop apart, diagnosed the issue (water damage to the motherboard and RAM) and tried to clean the corrosion caused by the water. They were very upfront about the cost--the cleaning was free since it didnt solve the issue, but would have been $40 otherwise. We discussed replacing the parts and they told me the cost for both labor and parts. They explained that parts would be paid upfront, but that money would be returned if the fix didnt work. I decided to buy a new laptop instead because it seemed more reasonable for my situation. They answered all of my questions patiently and helped me to learn about the laptops hardware. I will highly recommend PC Perfect.

Would have appreciated more updates/better commincation. However, I was very pleased with the outcome and price. I thought I was going to have to replace my laptop but it has been running smoothly since I took it to PC Perfect and I didn’t lose any files.

I went to PC Perfect yesterday for the free diagnosis on my PC. Let me tell you did I ever get more than free! Joel was the technician and he was such a kind person. You could clearly tell he knew what he was doing. After 3 days of dealing with other computer wizards, we had no clear answer on what was wrong. Within 30 minutes Joel figured out what was wrong and fixed it !! Something as simple as deleting a program for me and he did it for free! I felt confident leaving PC Perfect that I will never go anywhere else. Joel was a great person offering any bit of service he could! Went to PC Perfect the other day to have some work done. Two guys were there playing video games. In talking to them they gave me a good price on the work I needed done but they never once looked up from the games they were playing to make eye contact with me. I dont know about you but if they cant even take the time to pause the games they were playing while on company time to talk to a prospective new customer, what kind of service am I going to get when they have my equipment?Sorry, but there are other places that actually want to provide customer service and treat people with respect. I walked away with my equipment in hand and visited another business that actually looked me in the eye.

Great place to get your computer fixed. Gone here twice and gotten my computer fixed for a fair price. Wont try to overcharge you like other places. Definitely my go to place when Im having computer problems

I have brought my computer to PC Perfect to have my computer worked on more then once. Not only were they very reasonable but each time I left very satisfied. They took care of the problem in a very reasonable time. This is the only place I will take my computer business to.

Free diagnosis found a none-functioning fan that was causing the processor to overheat and give a blue screen error. This was inexpensive to fix, less than what it would have cost for the geek squad to give a diagnosis.

Took my laptop in for an unknown hardware issue, the staff member present was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, was able to immediately diagnose the issue (Which a previous repair store had described as a hardware failure) and made the repairs within a few minutes. Over the 5-6 years, Ive had a number of different computers, all of which have encountered various hardware or software issues, and Ive learned that not everything can be fixed, and even what can, isnt always quick, but I can say with confidence that if there IS something that could be done to fix your computer, PC Perfect is the best place to go.

Had a fan break in my hp spectre and he fixed it for a great price. He gave me an accurate time of completion and updated me of any changes in the timeline

Absolutely the best!!!Had a minor network problem with my laptop and these guys went above and beyond the call of duty. Cleaned up the root menu, hard drive, helped me with a windows upgrade, and even helped correct a wi-fi problem with my router. Just simply the best. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Just as the name suggests...PERFECT! Everywhere else I called wanted $50 to even diagnose my problem. They also all told me I needed a new part installed. PC Perfect diagnosed my problem for free. I ended up just needing something reslotted around inside, and not needing any new parts. He was able to reslot what I needed for me for free and in about 15 seconds. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and quite possibly the cutest geek Ive ever seen . I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

They did replace the drive but now it runs so slow I hardly ever use it.

In my case (netbook with faulty RAM slot) diagnosis equaled the needed fix, so I got my repair for free (within 5 minutes). Awesome.

Was in and out in 20 min with a diagnosis and replacement part for my computer.

We went here to get my husbands netbook computer checked out. It had just stopped working and would not turn on at all. The guy took a look around the device for a few minutes and found that one of the RAM slots was faulty causing the netbook to not start up. Once he took it out, the netbook started. The netbook works now at half the speed but works nonetheless. Importantly, PC Perfect kept their word as stated on their website and the diagnosis was free. Theoretically, since our the netbooks again, they fixed it for free. Highly recommend these guys.

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced! We brought a DVD player to PC Perfect over a month and a half ago. It needed to be serviced for a back light bulb that was out. I was told it would be about two weeks. After the two weeks had passed I had to call to see what was going on with the service, ( not once over the 1.5 month span did I ever even receive one phone call update from them) . I was told I had to come back in and put a $5.00 down payment on the service. To make a very long story short after about 15 calls spanning 1.5 months - I was finally fed up and went to the store to get the DVD player back. When we arrived it was in pieces, I had to wait for them to reassemble it, I was then told that they could not service it and that I would have to return at a later date for my $5.00 deposit!!! Amazingly bad service and a boat load of incompetence to say the least. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they have a whole lot of time to waste and money to burn.

They replaced my motherboard after the power supply shorted it out in my laptop, when I got it back, the touchpad was broken, and they said I had to pay to fix it!!! how are they still in business?

I had a laptop fixed there, I was very unhappy with the time it took and the screen was loose when I got it back, it seems like they did more harm than help. I am very unhappy with them.
