Only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because there parts department is good. Service department I think lost there torque wrench. When I arrived to pick up my truck for an alignment I discovered they had forgotten to tighten up some bolts. They sent the service manager out who argued with me that you didnt need To loosen some bolts up so you could tighten up the loose one. The tech figured I was right but he only tighted them up with a 3/8th Milwaukee impact. I had to torque them myself. So yea quite the professionals

Nice local family owned shop, very knowledgeable and helpful. Special ordered a set of coil springs for me, took 1 day and was available for pickup the following day. I highly recommend them for all your suspension needs. Going back for a wheel alignment, I will update the outcome.

They did the repairs properly and were on time with there estimated schedule and surprisingly came in well under the estimated cost. Very satisfied.

I was looking to get a suspension upgrade for my 1982 toyota pickup so I could put a slide-in camper into it. Took it in, got some thoughts and a quote, dropped it off the following morning and was done in half a day with new rear leaf springs + a ply. Have yet to see how it carries the camper, but it was great work done fast.

Was not satisfied by the service at all!They had done some work on the trailer that was not authorized and was written in big large letters on the trailer and had said that a rep from Hendrickson had authorized it, called Hendrickson they said it was not authorized and had to get it done at utility. The work was done on my brand new 2016 Utility Trailer. Please check your trailer for any abnormal welding and work!
