While we lived in the Greenfield Twp, we were pleased beyond expectation by these folks! Never was there a problem with pickup, the regularity was extraordinary as compared to several other similar businesses in other states (especially larger haulers!) and level of accommodation was unsurpassed. Regardless of road conditions, our trash was hauled. We never once had to make a call asking about it. It is not just a trash service. These guys were CAREFUL with the canister. They didnt toss it after emptying, but rather SET it down and made sure the top was over it. This measure of care far surpasses any trash service weve ever had. We are so grateful to JNR for providing the utmost in trash service. Thanks!

Its been three weeks since my trash has been picked up and today I get a letter in the mail saying my service has been cut off after 2 years of service. We have done the same thing all this time and had no clue we had done anything wrong. I started calling JNR after the first missed pickup and called steadily for two weeks afterwards (about a dozen calls). No one answered or ever returned my call, there was no contact from them until I got a letter in the mail. MY wife and I were reprimanded for leaving some bags untied and told that we were to now leave the garbage at the end of the driveway. We were aware of the bag tying thing, we must have missed a few, the leaving at the end of the driveway was all new. You see we went with JNR for the very reason they cut us off, they told us the trash would be picked up by the home, we have done the same thing for over 2 years. My wife is retired and doesnt have the strength to pull it down the 100 yard driveway and I am disabled with a heart condition. All that would have been needed was to return my calls or even just answer the phone, we could have discussed any issues and found a solution. Now we are looking for a new hauler. Of course we could ignore these poor business practices and keep their service but ... would you?
