Over the years I have worked with several security companies and in 2021 made the decision to work with Vector Security from the Lancaster PA branch. That decision was one of the best decision I made. From the first sales call to the final installation Vector Security personnel are 5 star the whole way. Jason Fisher was our Senior Service Technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable concerning our security system and security needs. He took extra time to answer our many questions and his recommendations were greatly appreciated. We have been a Vector Security Systems customer for over 25 years because of people like Jason who are the face of their company and represent them very well.

Zach is an amazing tech. He has been out twice to solve multiple different issues and did an excellent job both times. He knows what he is doing and was able to troubleshoot our problems quickly. Additionally, he has a great personality.

We have ben using Vector for a few years for our security systems. We recently had a leaky roof pouring water through one of our smoke detectors. Their service crews are always prompt and courteous.

Our service tech was Jason Fisher. He was on time, and addressed every voncern and question. He also added the most current update and tested our system to ensure it was working properly. Our door bell camera had stopped working properly. He qujckly IDd the problem.....(we changed carriers on our phones) and reset the system.Job well done!!

Chris was very friendly, thorough in explanations and very knowledgeable. Our equipment was updated. After replacing the panel Chris found that it was not working correctly and obtained a new one for us, as well as the portable camera, within 30 minutes. He troubleshooted and got things working perfectly. He is a perfectionist,for which my husband and I were thankful!I hope Chris is who visits for future needs.

I had them for over 5 years. I called to change my account twice and they continued to take money out of an old account over drafting that account twice. Costing me $72. Then tried to send me for collections for the payment they tried to take out of the WRONG ACCOUNT!! Calling does nothing. I was accused of lying. Dont bother.

Been a customer for 10 years, ever since we built our home, perfect monthly payment history during all this time. For the first time in 10 years called the service, got hung up upon 3 times now, right as I am about to share my concern. Finally when I got through they want me to pay for service. Not right. Theyre about to lose a customer.
