Had to follow instructions and go to UPS store front to return a shirt I purchased on EBAY. The was very well organized. The service worker was polite, friendly, and generous. He even took the time to show me a quick demonstration (on my cell phone) on how to retrieve my return label bar code for him to scan. That was very thoughtful of the young man. I would highly recommend this establishment to handle any delivery service you might have.

Staples was super helpful as always. & I found a few other goodies for a super sweet deal. Win win.

Its been awhile since I have been to this place. However the one thing that I like is that there is always one female who will ask you if you need help. And instead of just being routine she will actually answer all your questions to the best of her knowledge. Talk about a helpful person.

They had 4 Hispanic ladies behind the desk playing and talking and finally a woman had to yell for the manager to get us assistance

Not a full service UPS store so dont try and return stuff to Amazon with a QRC code. Also the employee were super rude about it.

First the name should be Staples. I did not know who you were talking about. I sent an email and the receiver never received it after I was given a confirmation it was sent. I spent $20 for nothing
