They replaced my watch battery in about 5 minutes, for $15. I also wanted them to replace the movement in an old clock. He told me that it would take a few days to find a movement that would match the original hands, which is exactly what I wanted! He said that he would call me when he found an appropriate movement.

Yes they fixed my watch, they fixed the two things I said were wrong with it... But I would have liked for him to look at the whole watch and see that the buttons stick when pressed. And would have liked to get my watch back cleaner than what it was when I dropped off.. for something like this, I wouldnt have minded for them to go the extra mile and take some pride in completely fixing the watch and basically returning it brand new...I would have gladly paid the extra money given the option.. but all in all yes my watch works but still needs work..

This is a nice shop staffed with kind people. Nick took our hundred year old grandfather clock that hadnt run in many years and returned it to us working flawlessly. I have many clocks and Im very glad to have found Armatos.

I took my old/favorite Seiko Automatic Dive Watch to Nick, recently. It was stopping multiple times a day, and so was no longer useable. He fixed it (it required a replacement part) promptly and called me when it was ready. It was cleaned, seals were replaced, it was tested, and looked almost new. It is keeping excellent time, and Im VERY happy with the work. Nick was great to deal with, and I will be a loyals customer in the future. THANKS NICK !

Ive had a pendulum clock and a sterling silver ring fixed here over the past few years. After 2 years the clock is still running strong. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

I had an old watch that I have wanted to have repaired for years. Many other watch places in the area could not fix it, because it needed a specific band. Due to the watches age that band was not available anymore. Armatos took the time to modify one of their bands to fit my watch. They also did this repair for a very modest cost. I hardly ever make a review of any kind. I highly recommend Armatos! Five stars. Im truly impressed. They go above, and beyond to make their customers happy.

I needed a new watch battery. I had first tried to get one at Walmart, but they didnt even have the proper tool to remove the back of the watch. I went to Armatos and they easily replaced the battery at a very reasonable cost. Great service. I should have gone there first and not even bothered with Walmart.

I recently brought in an old mechanical watch for regulation. Its gone from +30s/day to +3s/day. Outstanding work on their end and the owner was incredibly friendly.

Brought my watch in for a battery replacement and was told it “wouldn’t start” after battery was replaced. The lady suggested a “cleaning” for $75. I didn’t trust the “diagnosis” and took it to another shop. They replaced the battery and it started up right away. The other shop told me you can’t “clean” battery-powered watches, but my entire “works” could be replaced for $45. I can’t believe Armato’s would pull such a ripoff ploy in these days of instant reviews. Stay away from these folks.

The estimate on my Movado watch from this place was $270.00 and they couldnt get to it for 4 weeks (it would be held in their store during that time). The cost of fixing the watch at Fast Fix It in the mall was $70 and it was ready in a week. I also took in a very cheap watch with one broken link into this shop to get it repaired and was told the watch needed 7 links repaired. This place is not honest and I will never go back.

They are friendly, quick and cheap. I was able to finally get all my watches new batteries the same day. Will come back in the future and highly recommend. Oh and they have a nice selection of watches and clocks.

Tag Heuer was running slow. Maintenance/repair/cleaning was estimated to take 4-5 weeks. Watch was ready in 1 week at a reasonable relative cost for these kinds of services. Very friendly staff as well.

Check out prior reviews and you will notice they are mostly older when the now retired owner was there.A few months ago I took my not cheap Victorynox watch in for cleaning. The promised repair date was 10 days. Three weeks later I call and am told the original movement was thrown away, it isnt going to be cleaned, but replaced by an identical Victorynox movement. Three repairs later I discover the replacement movement is the cheapest available and not the $250 Victorynox replacement. My watch is still at Amatos (again) waiting yet another cheap movement. BUYER BEWARE. I am screwed.
