Randy and his guys are clearly very good at what they do. I had called initially and asked for a quote for a 2” lift kit install. I told him the expected install time was 5-6 hours. Randy told me he expected it to be $400-$500. I specifically asked if that included an alignment, and he told me that it did. I thought this was a great price and Randy sounded knowledgeable so I was in. The lift was installed yesterday, took them 5 hours and I was charged $600. They said they ran into some issues and had to improvise a bit. I get that. But I asked before I paid if the alignment had been completed and Randy said he had never told me an alignment would be included. He tried to set me up for an appointment the next week for an additional $225, and said I may have to leave my car for multiple days. For that total price I could have gone to other places for less, and places that would have done it all done in one day. Going elsewhere for the alignment since I feel a bit deceived.EDIT: just found out at the alignment that one of the rear control arms was likely bent during the lift install process. Was at 3 stars before learning that

The crew there is top notch!They tell it like it is and give you honest answers about your vehicle. Respectful, polite, salt-of-the-earth, honest as the day is long. All the things I look for in a good mechanic.Highly recommend.

The guys at Top Edge are reliant, professional, and fair. I brought my truck in with caliper, rotor and bearing issues and they had it fixed up quickly with a fair price. I soon later had had to have one of the repairs repaired, so I towed it back to the shop and they got be back on the road quickly. I lucked out by bringing my truck there first, and I will continue to go there whenever I have automobile troubles. Thanks guys!

Randy was like a terrier that has grabbed your pant leg - he wasnt going to give up until the problem was resolved. VERY happy with the results.

Looking for some quick replacement car audio parts... But nobody was around, nothing is labeled no prices listed. Some angry lady in the parking lot screaming about people coming in. I do not recommend this poorly run excuse for a business.

Top Edge was phenomenal!!! We called them a couple days ago to request a full inspection of a used truck our son wanted to purchase from a local dealer. They squeezed us in on a Saturday (today) when we were planning to check out the truck and take it for a test drive. James went above and beyond checking it over and clearly explained all the great things about the truck as well as pointing out all the “must do” items vs. the fixes that could wait a bit. Bryan was super helpful too giving us his expert opinion on what would be a fair price range to pay for it given the repairs that were needed. With that knowledge in our back pocket, we got the price we wanted and took it straight to their shop to do the repairs. It may be a small shop, but you don’t need much more with super friendly and honest guys like them. They really seem to know their stuff and we fully trust the work they will do will be equally top notch quality! So glad we found this place!

I had been communicating with them through Facebook to try and determine if I wanted to bring my 1992 Ford F250 7.3l IDI Diesel to them for diagnostics on why it was so rough to start and misfired so bad, being this is my first Diesel and I am low on funds, I wanted to make sure I got what I needed out of the funds I had, so I called them.I feel like we definitely stayed on the phone longer than a normal shop, which was super awesome because just by the phone call we were able to diagnose what could be the chief problem as to why its happening, which was both fuel filters, needing a fuel injection cleaning, and possibly an oil change (Ive heard 7.3s dont like to be any lower than full sometimes.).Even though in the end, I did end up paying more than the quote just for a diagnostic test, this was an extremely worthwhile adventure because they were SPOT on with it! I essentially got a free ride to college AND I could collect the $200 when I pass Go because I didnt have to wait an hour for the diagnostics just to tell me what he already knew.. I have a few other concerns with my truck but after the fuel filters, the cleaning agent, as well as the oil change my truck is running tons better. In fact, it went from struggling to get to 55 on the highway to a comfortable 75 no struggle!!I cant wait to bring my truck back to these guys for more work. I would recommend at least talking to them to see what they can do for you, because they saved my job by making sure my truck got what it needed and didnt waste my time with it.Not going to lie, when James told me that the diagnostic would go towards the repairs but he recommended to jump straight to the job, I trusted his judgment and I am damn glad that I did.Thank you for all the work, guys! Keep it up!!

Had to have a lot of what they did redone for workmanship had them install stereo speakers buzz. They supposedly fixed front hubs still knocking one in four-wheel drive they adjusted the axle in the wrong position just overall not satisfied at all 2000 F-350 super duty

Excellent service and wonderful, friendly staff. My check engine light came on the morning I had to leave to go back to Kansas. Auto Zone diagnosed the problem and recommended Top Edge. Top Edge fit me in immediately and carefully explained my options. Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Top Edge and would definitely come back.

Great customer service and Erin really knows trucks. James and brian were great too!!! I have been fighting a front end issue for quite a while. They located the issue and finally its fixed. They also found that Midas did not put any brake fluid in my back brakes and there was so much air in the brakes it took top edge Erin a ton of time to get it fixed.

Worst shop around!!!!!!! They do not cover their mistakes and will never return a call after doing $1000 damage to my vehicle. SAVE YOUR MONEY SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!! THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! IF you have a problem (Like them destroying you Property) and never calling or returning a call about it.

I brought my truck in to have a new engine installed because the crankshaft in my truck snapped. Put $3,400 down for the to order a new motor. They quoted me 1.5-2 weeks to get the job done. It took them 7 weeks and $1,500 over original quote. When I got my truck back the alignment was completely wrong (my steering wheel was practically sideways while driving straight). All of my fluids in the engine bay were low. I was unable to check my oil due to incorrect/broken dipstick. They left a prybar lodged under the motor on the steering column. My K&N air-filter was discarded, despite the sticker on the air-box saying not to discard. AND there were leaks... After having to pay to have alignment done myself that was fixed. They then took my truck for another week to mitigate leaks on my “new” motor and discovered my power steering pump was going out, they were “generous” enough to only charge for parts so add $271 plus $70 for alignment on top of the $6,011.48 I paid for originally. After driving my truck for four days there are steal leaks on my motor, and they will likely keep my truck for another week to fix these leaks.I chose to put my faith in this shop to bring my 4Runner back to life, rather than buy a new vehicle, a decision I am now regretting. I will update after my third time bringing my truck to them.

I am here now and this place was suggested 2 months ago from another customer who had an excellent repoir with them Brian and Sasha are looking at my problem not my wallet, and they are moving vehicles out side to take care of mine. I certainly will never go anywhere else. Brad Yeagley
