The office staff have been great to work with. They scheduled our install date when the windows were ordered. The day of our appointment, our installers, Abraham and David were right on time. They were very professional. They were very efficient and completed the install within hours. We are very happy with our new windows.

We recently replaced all of our 1987 original windows and sliding glass doors and were completely satisfied with Window Solutions. It was a massive project that required three days and many installers. The crew led by David were on time, professional, knowledgeable, skilled and especially considerate of our household possessions that needed to be moved around during the process. I was totally impressed by all the installers who worked diligently and skillfully. I found the process fascinating and enjoyed seeing our house transform with a totally new fresh look. David and Debi paid close attention to detail throughout the bidding process until the completion of the final punch list. I was initially impressed by Debi when I dropped into the Window Solutions former storefront in El Cajon in early 2019 to address a shower issue and kept the companys information for future use in replacing windows. This turned out to be an excellent decision and I would highly recommend this company. I have already referred three friends to them!

Windows Solutions just completed a large remodel for me and they were amazing. They did over 16 windows and 4 sliders. Their work was amazing and it turned out great. From the beginning when I met with David I knew that I was getting a great product at very reasonable prices. David took the time to show me different products and make sure that the finished product was what I needed. The crew that installed the windows was clean and on time. I will definitely use Windows Solutions again for my next project and highly recommend them.

We chose Windows Solutions after being referred by multiple neighbors and we are so happy we went with them to replace 13 of our original single-pane windows with Simonton double-pane. The salesperson, David, was very responsive and answered all of our question and gave us great ideas and suggestions on our replacement windows. Jesse and his team did the installation in one day and sent us pictures mid-day to show us the project status which was so nice and unexpected. They did a such great job! We are so happy with how it turned out. There were a couple of minor issues we had questions about and Jesse came back the next day and resolved everything promptly. We worked with David Huntamer and he was easy to talk to. He also showed us that his knowledge and expertise are really backed up the Milgard windows and doors we had recently installed. Window Solutions did such an excellent job for me a few months ago that I went back to them for installation of additional windows. Some of it was custom in which windows were merged to make larger windows, everything turned out great. The workers were always very friendly and easy to work with. So glad to have found WS! We had all the glass replaced rather than getting entirely new windows, based on Davids recommendation. He told us point blank that we had good windows with cheap glass that could simply be switched out. Other estimates we got didnt even mention this as an option!The installation was QUICK (1/2 day for a 2 bd condo) and when they left it was difficult to tell anyone had been there.The company called the same afternoon they installed the windows to say one of them had cracked during installation and that they had already ordered a replacement. I couldnt see any crack whatsoever, so I appreciated the honesty and proactive customer service. The replacement of that glass was lightning fast and they left the area cleaner than they found it as well.I cannot recommend this outstanding company more strongly and you would be remiss in not checking them out. They are efficient, honest, respectful of time and property. I look forward to having an opportunity to work with them again.

After much research and a recommendation we went with Window Solutions for the purchase of 15 windows and 2 sliders manufactured by Simonton. Three of the windows were new construction as We needed to move a slider, create a picture window and square up a poorly installed window. We chose the Clear View windows and chose Simonton as their replacement windows had the narrowest exterior frames and largest viewing space .Devon was the salesman who came out and did the initial measuring and sales call. It was a no pressure, pleasant experience and in the end the price worked for us.David, the owner came out a couple of days later for final measuring. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful especially with the new construction window requirements.It took about 3 weeks to get the windows from the manufacturer and arrange installation and 2 days for installation. Jason and his crew did an amazing job with installation. They arrived on time, used plastic to cover our carpet and cleaned up after themselves.If I could give them 10 stars I would because from start to finish they were top notch. I will not hesitate recommending them and our friends who have seen the windows have raved. We love them. Thank you Devon, David, Jason and the whole team at Window Solutions!!!

A lot of times, when you have smaller issues, lots of companies will not help. The team at Window Solutions was so helpful in helping me determine what was needed for my Milgard windows. The internet had very little information on what to get, so I contact the manufacture who then routed me to Window Solutions. Customer service is top notch and they were able to get the right parts for me! I greatly appreciate it and wanted to let everyone know!

I met David Huntamer on a long range fishing trip and was impressed with his knowledge and passion for windows. Although I had never heard of his company, what I found intriguing about David and his company Window Solutions, was his close involvement with the overall process... the on site visit to measure and suggest options, quoting and oversight of the installation. Our home in east Poway was built in the 80s with aluminum single pane windows. David gave us several options and his cost was very competitive. He was personally involved in the installation and his crew is clearly well trained and organized, focused on quality installation with minimum disruption. My wife and I are very happy with the new windows and would highly recommend Window Solutions as a valued contractor for your window requirements. My only regret is that I didnt meet David sooner.
