Best customer service in any post office I have ever been in.I love to come here and will continue to come to give business to this customer focused team

Ive had consistent postal service problems since moving to Lakeland. Both of my Lakeland homes have been associated with this post office. Outgoing mail (clearly visible in the mailbox) is often not picked up, sometimes sitting for 2 or 3 days before being collected. Mail delivery is unreliable - every company I order from cant be wrong re: shipping and delivery dates, so the local postal station is the logical culprit. Ive never, never, had issues in any other place Ive lived, both in and outside Florida.

I tried calling them and their automated phone system was the worst I have ever experienced. I shouldn’t have let it get to me so much but it probably gave me a stomach ulcer.

I love coming to this post office. I have an online Etsy shop and am here a few times out of the week. Most times I have to bring my 2 year old. We are always greeted with a smile and a wave. Employees are so kind every time.

BEWARE: They misdelivered my package and wont take any responsibility for it. They wont look into it as obviously I did not receive it. They keep saying item was delivered, IT WAS NOT. They put the lock box key in my mailbox and when I went to open the lock box, it was empty. How frustrating when I cant even re-buy what it is..and I am now out of my money for it.

First time returning something. They were helpful and courteous.

Ive actually always had wonderful experiences with this post office, whenever there was a problem they always tried to fix it as quickly as possible in the most convenient way for me. I truly appreciate that

The staff here is excellent. Service has greatly improved at this location. Usually no queue at all. Plentiful supplies. Famous Lakelanders have boxes here.

Ive been there many time. Sent boxes overseas, certified mail, picked up stamps, never a problem. Wendy has been very polite to me. For all of you whiners complaining they wont answer the phone, maybe its because they are taking care of real customers, you know, in person, with so few of them in the office they dont have time to answer the phone. Office protocol, deal with the person in front of you before you help the possible customer on the phone.

I would love to leave 0 stars they are constantly putting my packages at my neughbors or losing my packages, and therefore I have to do a claim. I have a PO Box so there should be no issues but this location is so incompetent.

I travel the extra mile to come here great service and super fast never had any complaints or issues.

I have my PO Box here and the staff are always nice and the hours are perfect for the 9-5 workers like me. I like going to this place very much, very pleasant.

They just will not answer the phone. You would think that it wouldnt be hard to have the staff available to answer phone service but apparently its impossible here.

Easy access in and out. Very helpful if you have questions.

Every time I go to this office the lady at the front is extremely rude. She needs to adjust her tone of voice and the way she says things to people because even if she thinks shes not being rude she comes of as being rude the past 2 times Ive been shes been super rude I walked in at 410 pm all I needed was stamps before I was even called up she talked over the ppl she was obviously gossiping with while she was taking care of them and said I wnt b done here for another 25 min and I close at 430 basically she told me that should only could leave then she added u can stay if u want but I close at 430 do I looked at her and said mam all I need is stamps.....so u cant sell me 2 stamps take my money give me the stamps then put it on the computer when u finish with the lady either way she just wanted to finishing gossiping so this is my 2nd incident with this same Lady and I will not be going back there she doest care about people and obviously neither does the usps manager who Ive called and left a message to they dont care and will continue to have this lady there giving customers the runaround so they can leave and she doesnt have to work and all I wanted was stamps wasnt hard.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called again and again and got no answer. That is poor and terrible customer service. Not a positive way to represent the United States Postal Service. Its even more of a shame this seems to be a re-occuring issue with multiple customers and yet no one has bothered to do anything about it....

Awful phone service, never call with a question because they will not answer, busy tone or hanging up after a few rings. Pathetic.

Dont bother calling these worthless people they dont answer calls and provides the worst service in South Florida possible
