AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Way better than going to a Fedex or a USPS where you wait in line for 30 minutes to hand your package to someone that clearly doesnt want to be there.

Angie is a huge help for me. Im a full time rver. Once a month I email a prepaid FedEx shipping label and she prints it and sends my mail to me. I have it held for pickup at the closest Walgreens in my next destination. So easy! Thanks Angie

Have had so many good experiences here they have become my go-to shipping location. They are helpful, friendly, and everything ships timely. I even forgot my wallet one day and they shipped my package and let me call later with payment. Highly recommend them!

Ive shipped here several times with Elizabeth and she is fantastic. They are family owned and they also own a local popcorn shop. Every time I go ship a package I also buy a bag of popcorn. Today, I met the owner Chris and she is amazing. She helped explain international shipping to me while also helping other customers as they walked in. she is so awesome. Please stay local and support your local business. Use them for all your shipping, printing, and popcorn needs!!!!

A young woman attended me once, here. I will never return. She was rude, had no sense of urgency, and did not provide full explanations of anything - rather, she waited until being asked specific questions before sharing any information about their services. Additionally, their prices for united states postal service shipments are wholly inflated. It will be my pleasure to conduct shipping elsewhere. Perhaps drop offs here would be acceptable, although there are plenty of other options for that as well.

MiSpLaCeD a $700 money order then Chris told me she didn’t have cameras to verify I was there or could help with the problem. How don’t you have cameras and your place of business deals with personal info/personal packages 365 days a year ?? Luckily I had my receipt, Amscot & my landlord worked it out

Never in my life have I ever seen such horrible customer service. The last at the desk was so rude to me when I asked her a question about my printing label. She rudely told me “to just read it” and then when I needed a bit more tape she told me I had to purchase more. For a prepaid shipping label? Are you kidding me? I would rather reply on a carrier pigeon to deliver my mail than use this company!

Chris and her team were wonderful to work with. My needs were out of the ordinary as I asked if they could pickup in Florida, pack, and ship an item to me in North Carolina. This store is staffed with very friendly, super knowledgeable and helpful people. Sarah helped us preparing a package and explained all the shipping options. She is the owner and has some great plans for updating the decor of the store, look forward to my next visit to her store. She even took our package to a nearby FedEx express office because the last pickup had already come and gone.

Wouldnt do business here again if my life depended on it. Theres a very rude lady that works in the front, my husband had mentioned her before since we run a small local business about her being rude but I had no idea how rude she really was.Took my packages elsewhere as she was to busy to give me tracking information, you only lost $100 today (as i needed this overnighted) from us but youll also lose the few hundred we spend there monthly.Hopefully managment fixes this issue, because there are plenty of other options for mailing that come attitude free.

If looking for a competent, amicable, and responsible shipper, look elsewhere.Ive been a customer for 2.5 years without issue until recently. I live abroad and rely on their packing/shipping service.Issue 1: Think They’re Doing Me a Favor. The supposed new owners were shocked when I called about the items I had sent to my mailbox for consolidation. They must have not read business description stating they offer mailbox & packing services. If I’m paying, it’s not a favor.Issue 2: Missing Items. I sent GP a list of items that arrived in my mailbox. A GP rep stated all items were put in one box. Many items were missing when it arrived. I brought this to Miguel’s attention – the supposed new owner – and he grew angry and defensive. The rep was his daughter. Instead, he should have apologized and sent the missing items at no charge.Issue 3: No Packing. This package had no packing. The rep just threw the items in a box. Luckily, nothing broke; just dings and scratches. Shipping 101: Use Packing!Issue 4. Irresponsible & Unprofessional. They don’t respond to most emails, which is essential for clients abroad. They state they will get a package out the next day but won’t for various days with the excuse: “I’ve been busy with customers”. Apparently, I’m not a customer.Issue 5. The Have No Clue. Aside from missing items, boxes with no packing, unanswered emails, incorrect addresses, unfulfilled promises, they are lost. Among items I needed shipped were batteries. It took them over a week to prepare it. Then, USPS returned it: lead acid batteries are prohibited on international shipments. This was GP’s responsibility.Issue 6. GP reshipped this package with no batteries without my permission. I wouldn’t have. I’ve to go to the US for the batteries & would have just picked it up. That’s $160 out the window + customs duties.Issue 7. This box is missing several items. BP said they’re in the box. They can’t be. There’s no room for them. They’ve made this mistake before.Issue 8. Flat Out Lied. Miguel stated he was the new owner. In emails and in texts, this claim was repeated. GP’s franchise lawyer said they are not.Issue 9. Incorrect Shipping Address. A package had a PA address mixed with my address abroad. Luckily, it arrived.Were I not in such desperate need of these items, this would not be such a grave issue. Our house was robbed and quite a bit of equipment for our photography business was stolen. We needed to replace essential equipment so we could function. Despite having informed GP of this on various occasions – of the importance or receiving these items quickly – they could not have been less helpful and negligent had they tried.Not only am I still waiting for items that arrived at my GP mailbox over a month ago, packages that arrived were missing critical equipment. For example, we had to waste an entire day searching for a similar charger for our portable flashes for a wedding that weekend because GP failed to include it and other items.Add to this the attitude that they are doing me a favor, the incompetence, and it’s just too much. I’ve already found another GP location that knows why they are in business and what customer service is. If you need a competent, friendly, and reliable shipper who puts your needs first, you will want to do the same.

Visited this location 3 times over the past month. Each occasion the staff seemed to have a higher priority or distraction greater than the 1 customer in the shop. They lost track of detail on my order, causing rework later at a competitor. However close and convent this business is, this does not outweigh accuracy and attention to detail necessary in the production of work products.
