I called Alex because I needed an outlet in my garage and I needed a camera installed facing my driveway. Alex did a great job with the installing and clean up and he was very professional and courteous. I was very happy I hired him. When I needed 4 more cameras installed around my property, I knew exactly who I would call back! Alex came back, and put everything up and made sure everything was up and running before he left. I hired Binary Protectors to install some new Cat6 wiring in my home. Specifically my new Ring Doorbell which runs off of POE. The installation was done flawlessly even though the conduit did not reach my attic. Binary Protectors had to cut into my office wall and fish the wire through. They also installed a Star Board piece next to my rack to make the wiring accessible. I couldnt be happier! Binary Protectors in Lake Park Florida came out to our office in Queens NY and put an end to our slow and unstable WIFI. In just ONE day we were able to send large cad files in record speed without any corrupted files. Alex also helped us out with a remote back-up system. INITIALLY I CONTACTED 4-5 CONTRACTORS TO MOUNT A 65 LG TV. THREE RETURNED CALLS AND GAVE LOWBALL PRICES. NEITHER ASKED SPECIFICALLY WHAT THE JOB ENTAILED NOR WANTED TO PERSONALLY ESTIMATE THE JOB. ONE NEVER RESPONDED. ALEX, OF BINARY PROTECTORS, LLC RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY INQUIRY AND EXPLAINED HE COULD NOT GIVE AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE WITHOUT SEEING THE PROJECT IN PERSON. WE MADE AN APPT AND ALEX VIEWED THE TASK AT HAND EXPLAINING WHAT WAS TO BE DONE TO MOUNT THE TV AND CONCEAL THE WIRES. THE NEXT DAY HE EMAILED ME A PRECISE PROPOSAL, ELICITING ALL MATERIALS AND DETAILING WHAT WAS TO BE DONE. A DEPOSIT WAS SENT AND A DATE ARRANGED.ALEX ARRIVED IN A TIMELY FASHION. NATURALLY SOME PROBLEMS AROSE WITH THE WALL, AND MOUNT. HE DEALT WITH EVERY PROBLEM, OCCASIONALLY THINKING OUT OF THE BOX TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. HE HELPED US MOVE AND SETUP 2 OTHER TVS WHICH WE HAD NOT PREPARED HIM FOR. WITH HIS HELP ALL THE CRT TVS AND OTHER ACCESSORIES WERE REMOVED. HE DID A PHENOMENAL JOB, MAKING SURE ALL WERE SETUP AND WORKING. HE FOLLOWED UP WITH US THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE CERTAIN ALL WAS WORKING WELL.I WOULD ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALEX AND BINARY PROTECTORS FOR YOUR PROJECT.

Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable about all my wifi issues. Alex increased my connection speed by 45%.He educated me about how my private information is easily accessed by anyone within a 3 mile radius of my home.
