Michael and his crew came out and opened our pool for the summer. They were great to work with! Very kind and knowledgeable. My husband and I are first time pool owners so we had a teaching lesson also. Michael was wonderful! He walked me through everything so that I knew how to take care and maintain our pool. We will definitely continue to utilize their services and will recommend them to anyone!

Extremely rude, offensive, childish, and disrespectful. For being business owners they sure act like ignorant children. Maybe if they changed their attitudes and the way they treat people, they would get more business and not have so many bad reviews.

First time pool opener here, and this is the place to go! Very helpful and thorough, even if theres a line in the store. They took my water sample, printed out a report, made notes, and readied everything Id need to buy. Call ahead if you need something special.

Very poor customer response. Over charged by at least 75%. Run by husband and wife (and son) who dont care about customer value.

Charged more than what was on the contract after the work was completed! Made a huge mess which we had to get them to clean up after installing a new liner! Charged to connect filter and pump but filter was not working and we got another the next day and didn’t want to come back out to connect after we were already charged for the connection! Terrible customer service! Rude and not professional! Will never work with them again!

Experts here have made my pool the clearest it’s ever been. I use them for opening and closing my pool also. Great people to work with.

Absolutely the worst pool company in the area! They are rude as hell, they dont return phone calls and when you drive down there during open store hours they conveniently have the door locked. Buyer beware!

So happy with the great service and knowledgeable staff! They did not only look at our pool water test results, they LISTENED to our water color problem and came up with a great solution which resolved within 24 hours. They know pool chemistry!! I feel they did a horrible job opening my mother in laws pool charged her over 500.00 dollars lit the heater and never checked to see if it works installed the steps wrong and she paid to have the pool cleaned but left sticks and durt in the pool didnt show up when they said they would. This is a 80 year old.To say the least she and I are very disappointed

I had a horrible experience. I called for a replacement cord for my pump, and the girl who answered my call asked for all the info off of my pump. I gave all that she asked for, and she said she will call me by noon the next day when it comes in on the truck, to come pick it up. I never got a call, and I called several times with no answer, and no return phone call on the message I left. I went in and the girl I placed the order with called her family member on the phone and asked him Where is the cord? I told mom it was a cord. She showed me two interlock plug replacements in two different sizes that they got for me instead. I asked her where the cord was, and she said as she spoke to her dad on the phone that one of them should work anyway. I went to try them on my outlet and one was too small and the other too big. I tried to call several times and again no answer. I drove back up and asked her how could this happen? Why are you ignoring your phone? What happened to my order? I gave you all the information you asked for, if you needed anything additional, I would have provided it. She had the nerve to lie to me and say, You never said cord! When they screw up an order and you confront them, THEY LIE!!!!!!!!!!!! Here it was the first 90 day, and the city would not let me use an extension cord for my pump, all I needed was to replace my cord, she screwed up my order and then had the unprofessionalism to lie when she knows I overheard her on the phone saying, I told mom cord. What I deserved was an apology, and them doing all they could to get me the right cord. This place needs to close!

Extremely rude on the phone. Tried to get an answer regarding if they charge for estimate/quotes on repairs and the guy went into a 5 minute diatribe on how was he to know whats wrong with it. I explained I had suspicions but just wanted the first question answered which was. Do you charge to give estimates/quotes? Clearly the guy is smarter than God on this, and he continued to explain how going on-line wouldnt fix the problem - OMG! Just answer my question Mr. Im gonna find twelve different ways to justify my charges man. Sounded like he asked someone to hold his beer right before he picked up the phone. Probably wont call again.

Love Elite Pools. They know everything about how to fix the pool and what parts are best. Mike goes out of his way to help people enjoy their pools.

Elite pool ripped me off!!!! We just bought a house last year (2012) and it came with a large in ground pool that had been abandoned for a couple a years. Mike assured us that within two weeks we would be ready to open. After the initial appointment, they came to clean, but it started to rain, so they left after two hours. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw two charges in my account, one for $330.00 and the other for $385.00. He sent me an invoice that only makes sense to them. To make the story short we had to empty the pool and cleaned our self, it took us a couple of days and all that time I was thinking, this guys just took $715.00 and I have to do the job. Mike said that chemical would clean the pool I only wish I could upload some photos of what they left me with, so that everybody could see what a rip-off these guys are.

I am satisfied with their work and excellent service.

Overall very poor service.Was hoping they could service and maintain my in ground pool but was forced to find help elsewhere.Failed to clean and maintain water for over 4 weeks until the pool became unusable.On top of the poor maintenance I have had to wait over 7 days on most occasions for any type of urgent service.Not a good way to run a business

What a pleasant ecperience. Finally talking with people that know pools and are able to provide real help in sloving pool problems. I am done trying to to slove my pool issues vua the internet and other cost options. In the long run it will cost more. T
